For my husband’s birthday, we had Chef Matthew Alexander and his amazing team cook a private dinner at our home—and it was unforgettable! We did bites and a coursed out meal, and everything was incredible, especially the sour coconut broth with basil oil and scallop 😍 and the tuna tartare sticky rice!
The chef and staff made it so easy—we didn’t have to lift a finger. They guided us through each course, explaining how to taste and experience all the flavors. Even our picky eaters (we had a few) loved everything!
It was our first time having a private chef, and it was such an amazing birthday experience. We will definitely be reaching out to them again
