First of all, what a brilliant team of extremely helpful people. We had a rear extension done, Rob and his team carried out the work very quick time to a high standard leaving no mess behind. We are highly pleased with the work that was carried out and would highly recommend them.

Very professional, the whole team are punctual, polite and neat workers. We are really impressed by the organisation to the build ensuring materials and skips are delivered in good time. Rob is happy to discuss idea's with us and with his experience has suggested some options we may not have thought of.

CBS helped us with a rear, double side and loft extension to give us more family space.
We spoke to a few different builders but from the first meeting with Rob, we knew we had found the right team. Rob took the time to fully understand our requirements, make suggestions and guide us through the process.
Throughout the build the whole team worked incredibly hard. Ian and the build guys were super friendly and helpful, treating our property with respect and keeping their work areas as clear as possible overnight. When snags did appear, as they naturally will with a project of this side, they were resolved proactively and with the minimum of fuss.
Louise in the office was a tremendous support throughout, helping to coordinate different teams, resolve issues and keeping track of money.
A particular shoutout though for Dean and Luke. Like the rest of the crew, both guys worked tirelessly to help create our perfect home. After some issues with the plans prepared by our architects were identified, Dean was an incredible help, adopting the role of unofficial home designer!

Had a loft extension done 2 years ago by these people. It was run under a different company name (TEAL Co) but their new company looks like a mirror of the old one.
The work comes with a 5 year guarantee, until they cease trading and start up a new company.
The build itself went well but issues came out 6 months / 1 year later and weren’t resolved, then we found out that the company was shut down.
See pics for what we’ve been left with, the worst thing is they seem like really easy things to get right but really hard to fix if they go wrong.
Very disappointed by these guys. Be very careful, I’d advise to stay well clear of them.

Loft Conversion
Our loft conversion was completed last week and we are absolutely over the moon with the final result, they have worked so hard to give us what we want. The team are an absolute pleasure to have working on our home, always friendly and polite. They are on time every morning and make everything as clean as they possibly can when they leave at the end of the day. Loft conversion
I was recommended Cheam Building Services by a work colleague for my loft conversion and I cannot fault them, from their time keeping to their expertise and knowledge.The team always made sure to keep me informed each step insuring I knew what was going on at all times, They are very polite and always answering any questions I had throughout the time they were there. The work was finished to an incredibly high standard and managed to keep my house child friendly clean every night before leaving I Would highly recommend cheam building services to anybody looking to have any building works done.
Loft Conversion
A well-meaning bunch but do not follow simple specifications or abide by British standards. It seems that they are asked to do trades that they are not qualified for. Therefore, I would say they are jack of all trades but masters of none! When things are pointed out to them, the standard reply is “we do it this way”! One specific item was the use of 12mm interior grade OSB for cheek walls of a dormer instead of 12mm plywood and they have not fitted sufficient strats as specified in the specifications. When pointed out to the manager: “he said to me that OSB is the same as plywood”!
Garden Gym
We're part way through a garden gym build. We asked Teal Co back. They finished our extension and loft conversion 5 years ago. They've removed a tree, removed a brick and wooden outbuilding and dug up and removed a large concrete base. This was all done incredibly quickly despite all the concrete being somehow meshed together. We went away for 2 days over half term and returned to find the shell of the Gym erected. We are looking forward to seeing the final build and Rob has been great if we have questions or ideas. Highly recommend!
New kitchen and flooring
I recently moved house, and used TEAL Co on my previous home. Ian and Lewis done an excellent job fitting my new kitchen and flooring. They worked closely with other trades to ensure everything ran smoothly and was completed on time. I would highly recommend TEAL Co and the team.
New bathroom with full height tiling
Ian was excellent. He was on time everyday and extremely good at overcoming problems. He kept us informed throughout the process. The site was clean and tidy thought and the workmanship was to a very high standard. He went the extra mile to make sure our dream bathroom was everything we hoped for. We would highly recommend Tealco and have.
