David and his dedicated team of painters transformed our 2 storey house, it certainly wasn't an easy job due to the roof pitch and the leafy suburb we live in but the guys went above and beyond, they were respectful with great communication, I thank them all and wouldn't hesitate to use Christchurch Building and Decorating Ltd in the future.

What an amazing job Juanita and team did of my beautiful wee home. I wanted them to start on the 17th of January? and I wondered?I arrived to have a peek that morning and what did I see 3 vans a truck and a skip. I thought to myself Wonderful we are off to a good start. From there it could not have got better.5 weeks to the day a full renovation was completed 👍. Fabulous team work keeping you fully informed every day what was happening. Juanita did so much organising helping me choose what and which way was the best for me and totally kept me in the picture with many great suggestions. These not only came from Juanita but from the builders plumbers electrician and painters. They all work together so well. Wonderful team work who take much pride in their work. If you want your home to look like new again but completely changed these are the guys for you. Thanks so much to the whole team and subbies involved in our recent upgrade of our Christchurch Family Holiday Home The professionalism and team work by you all was of a very high standard and we are really enjoying the new kitchen and refreshed walls and new flooring throughout. Highly recommended. I had the team in to do some ceiling repairs which turned into a bigger job than we first expected. The communication was great, all of the staff who worked on my house were friendly and respectful, and the job was finished in good time. What could have been a very stressful time for me ended up being a pleasant experience thanks to the professional team. I would definitely use their services again in future

We have just completed a major renovation with Christchurch Building and Decorating. Our 1950's home had a roof upgrade, was painted inside and out, new tiles and flooring and a new patio roof. The 3 painters and 2 builders who were on site most were fantastic and the other tradies were great and arrived as they were needed. Fantastic job by all and we are so happy with our as-new home. Highly recommend this firm. Still waiting for lights and sofa to arrive but will post photos when that is completed.

I got Dave and his team in to build a hallway between a container and the garage, plus to do the guttering, barge boards, soffits, and roof paint. Before the guy's started this place was showing it's age but now it looks like a recent build. Am so pleased with the work done. As I get more money saved I would like work done inside the house. Might have cost me a little more than hoped, but with the work they had to do, it's well worth it.

Dave and his team have just completed replacing the shower plus repainting the bathroom and living areas in my home. I am very happy with the results . Dave and his team are very professional, all the team are excellent in their respective trades, on time, reliable and easy to work with. The renovations were made easier as they were able to do the whole job, saving me having to access other trades for different aspects of the renovations. I really appreciate that Dave provides a "one stop shop". Only one person, one company to deal with, and always keen to get the job done on time and to a high quality. This is the third reno that Dave and his team have done for us over recent years. I strongly recommend Christchurch Building and Decorating for your next building and decoration projects.

Thank you for your review and good comments on the finished job. Unfortunately the job did take longer than expected and this is why we only estimate these types of small jobs. Also its very hard to guess how long it’s going to take, we try our best to get it accurate as possible and also we make this very clear on our paper work which we give our customers.
