The workmanship was excellent, communication was clear throughout, and the site was left clean and tidy. It’s rare to find a tradie who combines speed, professionalism, and attention to detail—but this team absolutely did.

What an amazing job Juanita and team did of my beautiful wee home. I wanted them to start on the 17th of January? and I wondered?I arrived to have a peek that morning and what did I see 3 vans a truck and a skip. I thought to myself Wonderful we are off to a good start. From there it could not have got better.5 weeks to the day a full renovation was completed 👍. Fabulous team work keeping you fully informed every day what was happening. Juanita did so much organising helping me choose what and which way was the best for me and totally kept me in the picture with many great suggestions. These not only came from Juanita but from the builders plumbers electrician and painters. They all work together so well. Wonderful team work who take much pride in their work. Highly recommended. I had the team in to do some ceiling repairs which turned into a bigger job than we first expected. The communication was great, all of the staff who worked on my house were friendly and respectful, and the job was finished in good time. What could have been a very stressful time for me ended up being a pleasant experience thanks to the professional team. I would definitely use their services again in future

We have just completed a major renovation with Christchurch Building and Decorating. Our 1950's home had a roof upgrade, was painted inside and out, new tiles and flooring and a new patio roof. The 3 painters and 2 builders who were on site most were fantastic and the other tradies were great and arrived as they were needed. Fantastic job by all and we are so happy with our as-new home. Highly recommend this firm. Still waiting for lights and sofa to arrive but will post photos when that is completed.

Great response from Dave and his team with getting our rental property completed with some painting and having 3 decks repaired and painted. Efficient, friendly and the tenant is very happy with how the decks look now. Would highly recommend to others.

I got Dave and his team in to build a hallway between a container and the garage, plus to do the guttering, barge boards, soffits, and roof paint. Before the guy's started this place was showing it's age but now it looks like a recent build. Am so pleased with the work done. As I get more money saved I would like work done inside the house. Might have cost me a little more than hoped, but with the work they had to do, it's well worth it.
