I recently had my conservatory roof replaced, by Matthew from Charnwood Conservatories and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and delivered to a high standard. The new roof has completely transformed the space — it’s now quieter, better insulated, and comfortable year-round, even during the colder months. The workmanship is excellent, and the materials used are clearly of great quality. I’ve noticed a huge difference in temperature control and reduced glare from the sun, making it a much more usable room for the whole family.

I have had the absolute pleasure of Matt and his team replacing my conservatory glass roof . Everything has gone as planned and I am delighted with the results. All aspects of the work have been carried out to a very high standard. Every day my house and garden were left clean and tidy which is a first for me. These guys put in a full days work every day. I was happy with the price and feel that I have got excellent value for money. I must give a shout out to Ryan whose plastering is amazing and it was such an awkward shape. I really would have no hesitation in recommending Charnwood conservatories, you really won’t be disappointed.

Charnwood conservatories replaced my conservatory roof during the heatwave last week. Mathews work was exemplary, all tidied and cleaned every day and rubbish taken away. Everything was explained up front and efficiently. Would most definitely recommend.

With our new roofing works now completed. Didn't we make the right decision to have Matt carry out the work to completely transform our new roof from what it was before. In the hot weather that we are having at the moment we are now able to sit in our conservatory in comfort without the heat!!!!! Matthew and the team were great. The finished result is excellent and the knowledge from Matthew put us at ease from start to finish. He is also a top guy which is the main reason we chose to use him, no jargon. No hard sell. Just honest and was more than happy to work with us in trying something different to the norm regarding bespoke light fittings. Charnwood conservatories are certainly the guys to use and we're so pleased that we did.

We recently had Matthew and his team from Charnwood Conservatories replace our existing glass roof with a fully insulated roof and lightweight roof tiles and we couldn’t be more impressed! From the very first visit and quote to the final day of completion, Matthew’s communication was exceptional. He kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us complete confidence in the process. True to his word, the team arrived promptly at 8am on the agreed start date and finished the entire job within just 5 days, exactly as promised. What stood out most was their incredible work ethic and team ethos. The standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. The transformation has exceeded our expectations in both quality and appearance. To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable for the level of service and finish we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charnwood Conservatories to anyone. A professional and reliable team!

Matthew was incredibly supportive through the journey of changing my old conservatory roof to a new solid roof. When I contacted Matthew, I hadn't realised the Charnwood business was geographically quite a distance from where I lived so it wasn't feasible for them to undertake the work. However, despite that, and having a full daily workload, Matthew still spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone giving advice. When I had received a quote from a company more local to me, Matthew again spent more time on the phone with me, working through the quote, pricing & materials to be used. Matthew was caring, honest & straightforward to speak with and clearly very knowledgeable. Speaking to him gave me the re-assurance I needed, not only to have the conservatory roof changed..... but that there are incredibly selfless people out there that are ready & willing to help others without asking for anything in return. Matthew is a high quality builder who can carry out complicated and specialist jobs. He stepped in at relatively short notice to do the stonework on the front of our house after the original builder was unable to do it. He was very professional and friendly. For us, he ‘saved the day’ and we were very pleased he was recommended to us by our architect.

Matthew Clarke of Charnwood Conservatories has completed a refurbishment of our Amdega conservatory. He has transformed it completely by putting a solid roof on it with Velux windows. The conservatory was installed in 2010, but had always leaked, almost from day one, and Matthew found the main problem was with a valley gutter, and completely replaced that! He is such a competent, friendly man, who works so tidily clearing up every day. He always arrived when he said he would, and completed all the work within the time frame he originally quoted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and Charnwood Conservatories to anyone who needs work on their conservatory. I would be happy to let anyone inspect the work he has done if they contact me.

Excellent service from Charnwood Conservatories. We had a leaking conservatory roof and so were unable to use the conservatory in winter. Matthew and his team were wonderful. Everything they did was explained to us, they were efficient and tidy throughout the week and we are thrilled with the result. They were especially helpful as my husband and I are retired and so they moved the heavy and awkward furniture for us. We can definitely recommend Charnwood Conservatories.

Charnwood Conservatories have transformed our barely used conservatory into a second lounge and living space. The roofing they installed looks great from outside and inside. The temperature is no longer too hot or too cold to inhabit the room. The quality of workmanship and after support is terrific. Would not hesitate to use them again and could not recommend them highly enough. Matthew is one of lifes good guys.
