I am really happy with my new pool! The team at Charleston Pools and Service made it happen AND in time for summer! Thanks to Clinton for taking the time to listen to exactly what my vision was and helping me make the right decisions to design a pool that fit perfectly to my budget and desires! Brandon took it to the next level by keeping everything moving in a timely manner, managing the different crews, and putting up with my questions and concerns along the way. His patience and attitude really made this process a dream and not a nightmare. The visits from the pool manufacture (fiberglass pool) and the company owners really made me feel like a valued customer and not just another project to get knocked out and move on. Even now they continue to check in and service the pool as part of the extended value of a new pool installation. They also completely took care of coordination and preparation for a repair (small scratch that I really didn't even notice). Check out as many places as you want. I did. But in the end, Charleston Pools and Services got my business and I am glad I chose them!

We had a wonderful experience with Charleston Pools and Service. They installed a beautiful Laguna fiberglass pool for us, and Frankie did a fantastic job managing the project from start to finish. We also installed an automatic pool cover which was definitely worth the extra money. As with any major installation, there were a few glitches along the way, but the team addressed and resolved them. Their responsiveness and commitment to completing the job properly made a real difference. The happy ending is that we now have a wonderful inground pool that our family can enjoy. We’re very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend Charleston Pools and Service to others considering a pool installation.

These folks are the real deal! I met with Megan to discuss the concept my wife and I had for our new pool. She was prompt, knowledgeable and extremely helpful getting from concept to quote. When the paper work was complete, Brandon was up. Brandon was our onsite construction manager, and he was fantastic just like Megan. Construction was on time, on budget! From start to finish the communication was excellent. If I had a question they were prompt getting me answers. This was the fourth pool I have had built,and I wish I had Charleston Pools build them all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARLESTON POOLS!

We went with a fiberglass option featuring a beautiful waterfall and custom lighting that completely transforms the space at night. What really sets them apart is their incredible attention to detail and generosity. We asked for some additional items and they were very accommodating. I needed a fiberglass pool updated. Ben showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable giving me some ideas. I had waterline tile added and pavers cleaned..this 14 year old pool now looks brand new. Quality work. Easy to work with and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend… I always have great service when Shelby comes to clean my fiberglass pool. She texts pictures of work completed and is always a very personable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After spending a lot of time researching pool builders in the area, I narrowed my search down to two companies. Once both companies came out to meet with us in person, it became very obvious who we wanted to work with. Ben and Casey with Charleston Pools and Service immediately stood out from the beginning. This was our first time ever adding a pool, so we had a ton of questions and honestly didn’t know much about the process. Ben and Casey took the time to go over absolutely everything with my husband and me. They never made us feel rushed, overwhelmed, or pressured, and they made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and manageable from day one. One thing that truly impressed us after deciding to move forward with them was the complimentary pool cleaning service offered for a limited time after completion. That was HUGE for us. Since we were brand new pool owners, we knew nothing about pool maintenance, chemicals, balancing, or cleaning. Once the pool was completed, they had someone come out weekly to handle everything for us. It gave us time to learn without feeling overwhelmed, and it’s honestly not something you see many pool builders offer. Ben and Casey were also incredibly upfront and honest throughout the entire process. They were transparent about pricing, timelines, expectations, and the build itself. We were nervous about hidden costs or unexpected expenses popping up along the way, but they stayed exactly within the agreed budget. Even better, they actually finished a little earlier than promised. Another thing I really appreciated was the communication. They created a group chat with everyone involved in the project, which made it extremely easy to ask questions or bring up concerns at any time. No matter what came up, someone was always quick to respond. I especially want to recognize Casey because there were many times I reached out after business hours or even on weekends, and he still took the time to answer questions and help however he could. That level of dedication and customer service meant a lot to us, especially knowing he has a family of his own. One thing I learned after completion was that the construction side and the service side of the company operate separately. I originally assumed I would continue communicating with Ben and Casey directly, which led to a small communication mix-up regarding a simple issue above the water line. At the time, I became frustrated because I felt like I wasn’t getting answers quickly enough and ended up posting an in-depth review about my experience. What happened afterward honestly spoke volumes about this company. Within a day, I received a phone call from Ben thanking me for the honest feedback. Instead of becoming defensive, they genuinely listened. My review actually helped them identify communication gaps within the company and re-evaluate how customer concerns were being handled moving forward. That level of professionalism and willingness to improve says a lot about the kind of company they are. My pool was completed about 8 months ago, and looking back, I can confidently say Charleston Pools and Service has gone above and beyond every step of the way. No company is perfect, but the way they handle customers, communicate, and genuinely care about the experience makes all the difference. If you are looking for a personable, reliable, honest, and trustworthy company to build or service your pool, I absolutely recommend Charleston Pools and Service.
