I have had some severe problems since covid that are getting worse. I have seen other neurologists who both offered no advice, or suggestions, only said they would refer me to Mayo , who is not taking any new patients. I am so glad I went to see Dr.Makker. He is the smartest doctor I have seen. He really listens to all of my symptoms and understood all of my bloodwork. He pick a diagnosis that fits my symptoms perfectly. He personally printed out an information booklet about the diagnosis for me to read at home. He offered a few tests. I felt so relieved. I am so greatful that he spent so much time with me and he really cares about his patients. He is very smart!! I wish more doctors were Iike him!! Now I can look forward to a cure and getting better, and not worring about ending up in a wheelchair because of the intense weaknesses .

First time visiting Dr. Maker, and so thankful to have found him! Fantastic neurologist, so compassionate and spent time listening to me and offering his knowledge for my Multiple Sclerosis condition. I felt so comfortable and finally found a great neurologist that can help manage my condition! Also office staff including front desk and nurse and medical assistant were very pleasant and helpful. Office was very clean and even offered water and coffee and snacks in waiting lobby. Doctor was on time and spent time with me going over all my concerns and questions! Highly recommend this office and doctor!

Neurologist Dr. Sharif Makar is a very knowledgeable doctor. My LO was diagnosed with LBD 4yrs ago. He dug deeper into her condition and after numerous tests, concluded she has Alzheimer's.
