Fantastic dealership who strive to keep their good reputation and abide by their word. I had battery issues with a “new to me” vehicle not even 2 weeks after purchasing, not something you would hope for after spending quite a bit of money already on a vehicle however, after upmost discussion amongst the salesperson, service and owners they came to the conclusion to make things right and offer compensation towards a new battery. Very impressed with their decision and the conversations amongst the employees there, quick, efficient and effective timing as well - they will take good care of their customers. If I didn’t live so far away, I would definitely trust them with maintenance and service of my “new to me” vehicle. Highly recommend, I sincerely thank all of you.

The sales staff here are amazing, Not pushy at all and the entire process was quite seamless compared to shopping in the big city. Make sure you reach out to Ernie for sure! Initial issues with the vehicle were rectified and out of the dealers control but they worked with me as best as they could.

Hi Mathew,

Unfortunately on rare occasions we have a component fail that is not readily available. It causes grief for yourself, the dealership, & GMCL. We are doing everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I personally communicated with GM Customer Care, GM Tech, York Electronics, and our GMCL District Parts Manager to try & expedite the situation as much as humanly possible. I am currently waiting for follow-up information from EV Parts Distribution.
