Be careful for this company. I used them last time most my xmas decorations are missing. One expensive tv is broken. I know that realtors recommend this company but I moved in summer and now I see that tv was never paid for from insurance. They kept saying that they didn't receive paperwork. Now I moved my xmas decorations and most of them a d half my big 50 feet tree is missing. I used them 5 years but now never again. They need to learn when they do wrong apologize and fix the problem. Terrible ppl they have working movers

We had the best experience with champion movers today! We had a 3 man crew come move us from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a 4 bedroom house. They were so fast (done in 3.5 hours including drive time), kind, professional, and very careful with our belongings. They are leagues above other movers I have used previously in town and I would recommend them to anyone!

Hello Kimberlin we apologize if your feel you had a bad experience. At champion Movers we try our best to make sure our customers are satisfied so we looked in to your account to see why you feel over charged. Your original estimate was for 37 items in which you final pickup inventory show 62 items causing an increase in weight of an additional 740 lbs. Our dispatch tried to make sure you where aware of your delivery window in advance however once a window is given cannot provide a exact date for delivery a week or two weeks in advance as explained only the driver can provide exact date once he is close to your location based on him providing delivery for several other customers on the route and will narrow it down as he gets closer to your location. Please call our office with any other concerns you may have.

We recently used Champion Movers to move our belongings from storage in Las Vegas to Tennessee. The drivers in the field were absolutely amazing - Alejandro went above and beyond during pick up, and handled everything with care. The driver delivering our load (didn’t get his name) was extremely communicative, which we appreciated very much. Their professionalism is the only reason we’d ever consider using Champion Movers again. The office side of the experience was much less smooth. The initial booking with Trish was great; she was very helpful and communicative. But once the move was booked, we found ourselves having to repeatedly call the office to get paperwork updated and to confirm pickup timing. Communication was inconsistent, and we received different information from different staff members than what the drivers were telling us. Given the price of the service, we had hoped for a more seamless process overall. Their drivers in the field are excellent, but the office communication definitely needs improvement.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They will OVERCHARGE, UNDERWORK and BREAK YOUR ITEMS !!! First and foremost, they asked me if I needed any more help and I said yes, please the small things. They didn't even grab any of the small things and they overcharged me another hour. They didn't help me. Then they left a bunch of boxes in my garage and a mirror that was faced another way, which I didn't even notice till later. I instructed them to put which boxes in which room they did some of that, but some of that they just piled up in the garage very unprofessionally. I did not find the mirror until later because again it was stuffed behind a bunch of boxes and it was Face the other way. I called the manager. She had a huge attitude with me. Not once did she apologize, she acted like I'm the problem. She was very rude. I said well you said you're insured where is the money and she's like we can only do it within seven days. I paid FOR INSURANCE WITH THEM so makes no sense? I explained to her how it was stuffed behind a bunch of things in my garage how they left things and she still did not care. They are cheap, but beware weary it's for a reason!! Even if she could've refunded me half of them near Price that would've been nice but she wouldn't even do a third of the price and it was $300. I paid over $700 moving with them, and again got ripped off because they charged me next hour and didn't even move half of the small stuff. I had to get a friend to help me with the truck. Super unprofessional stay away!

Hi Sarah, we are sorry that you have property damage however you could have filed a claim but you only had 7days from the day of your move. Based on our records we moved you on 9/1/2025 and you did not call the office until today 9/25/2025 way past the deadline.

You stated you purchased insurance if so please file a claim, but you did not purchase any additional insurance with Champion Movers LLC. If you filed within 7days of 9/1/2025 you would have only been covered.

You called the office demanding $300 for a mirror that's been in your garage for almost a month, Champion Movers LLC can not just assume and take responsibility for damages 24 days later that was moved locally within 4 hrs . If you called at least within the week of your move

Our guys work by the hour and will move whatever need to be moved and will stay until the job is finished, but they will also do as much as they can if you request cut off times they can not work off the clock.

We take pride in making sure all of our customer are satisfied and have a process for claims we cant just refund you half of your move based off assumptions. Please reach out to us if you have any more questions.
