I use Certainty Software primarily for executing daily job site walkthroughs, recording safety observations, and logging field compliance checks. My main issue is with the user interface. I use Certainty Software to simplify field data entry with a clean layout that replaces paper forms.

I like the program scheduling tools and the historical audit recovery database, which are easily the best features. My main frustration with Certainty Software is having to manually reenter the same facility details and company baseline data repeatedly when setting up new audits or adding recurring sites. Certainty Software addresses my inefficiency and lack of structure in managing inspections, eliminates my Excel spreadsheet chaos, and ensures my compliance deadlines are met without missing.
