We were unsure what to do when my nan was diagnosed with Down syndrome related care needs and started finding day to day routines harder. We knew we did not want her to go into a care home, so we looked into live in care and were recommended Certain Care. It has honestly been the best decision. She is now settled, comfortable with her carer and far less anxious, and as a family we feel reassured knowing she is never on her own. The carers have all been friendly and supportive, and the office keeps us updated with any changes well in advance which makes everything so much easier. Scott the manager has been brilliant, always available, always checking in and always ready to help. Would definitely recommend.
