When my dad had a stroke we had no idea where to start. Certain Care made everything so much easier than we expected. It was quick to get set up which was a huge relief. Dad always said he did not want to go into a care home so being able to stay at home meant so much to him. The carers were amazing. They were patient and kind and really knew how to help with his mobility and medication. They treated him with respect and never rushed him. One of the carers even drove him to appointments and local clubs which helped him feel independent. The office team were lovely too, always keeping us informed and making adjustments when needed. We could not recommend them enough.

We were unsure what to do when my nan began needing more support and everyday routines became more difficult for her. We knew we did not want her to go into a care home, so we looked into live in care and were recommended Certain Care. It has honestly been the best decision. She is now settled, comfortable with her carer and far less anxious, and as a family we feel reassured knowing she is never on her own. The carers have all been friendly and supportive, and the office keeps us updated with any changes which makes everything so much easier. Scott the manager has been brilliant, always available, always checking in and always ready to help. Would definitely recommend.

My granny was diagnosed with dementia and we want to avoid care homes, so we have tried live in care. From the first conversation with Scott, the manager, we felt reassured. She settled quickly and is far less anxious now, which gives us real peace of mind. The carers have all been friendly and professional, and the office team keeps us updated with any changes so we always know what is happening. We are very grateful for the support and would happily recommend Certain Care to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care.

Fantastic agency, my mother’s care has been second to none. Her carer is highly knowledgable, professional and has a real passion for keeping my mum motivated to stay as independent as possible.
