We recently had our roof re-shingled by Michael Buccelli of CertaBuilt LLC. He was extremely responsive from the start of the bidding process, during construction and through final cleanup. His bid was a little bit lower than the next closest bidder, so I new the pricing was right. He worked with us diligently to find the right color and type of shingles. He gave us addresses of houses so we could see the shingle colors on actual roofs. This helped very much in the decision making. He worked with us to get the job done before a significant price increase on the material, helping to keep the overall cost as low as possible. When the shingles were delivered on site some of the shingle packages were ripped open and could have been damaged. He called the supplier and had him bring more unopened shingles to replace the open packages.
He also went the extra mile. I had a few gutters that were leaking at the corner seams and he had his guys put some gutter sealant on the seams to stop the leaks. This was important to me because I have a 3 story house so I can't do the work and it is difficult to get a contractor to come out for small repairs. I also had a leek at my chimney that had come into the house and damaged the drywall. Michael had his guys caulk the outside seams on my cedar chimney, in case the problem wasn't the old flashing or shingles. We have had a couple of rain storms since and everything looks good. The roof looks great and to finish the work they did a great job of cleanup. The customer service and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Definitely recommend Certabuilt. Great price and wonderful service. My new roof looks awesome. Certabuilt had my whole roof replaced by my insurance company, due to hail damage. They handled my whole insurance claim. Michael was very professional and always kept me updated throughout the whole job.
