We have had our whole solar and battery package installed by Cerium over two stages. The initial installation of solar gave us the confidence to utilise Michael at Cerium for the battery too, with Michael taking multiple phone calls throughout the process, ironing out the details and ensuring we were happy with the products allocated. At no stage did Michael push for the purchase to go ahead and despite our many questions, he gave us constant assistance. Michael has also provided a high level of post sales service, assisting multiple times in the back end to adjust settings to suit our changing power contracts. Cerium has been a godsend for us and is one of the investments we can safely say we would happily make again without hesitation.

I’ve recently had my GoodWe battery installed and wanted to share my experience with Cerium Energy. Michael was great to deal with from the start: clear, straightforward, and knowledgeable. He understood what I was after without any back and forth. He also followed up after the install to help sort out the app setup, walked me through both mobile and desktop versions, and explained everything properly. Patrick and the install team were professional, polite, and easy to talk to. They took the time to answer my questions, and the area was cleaned up well afterwards. There was a bit of a delay during installation, but they worked through it and made sure everything was completed properly. Overall, I highly recommend Cerium Energy. Trust the process, whatever the stage, you’re in good hands. The team delivers strong service, clear communication, and high-quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

Had these guys install my Solar panels / Battery. It has been a great pleasure working with these guys as they were easy to communicate with and had a clean install towards the house. Michael was great to speak with as he was very informative with the whole process & helped me have a better understanding of how the system works. Gee and his team were the installers and were able to manage to get the battery and solar installed within a day with a clean install of the battery within the garage! Had an issue with the inverter but the team managed to resolve this issue within the next two days. Can highly recommend these guys to everyone!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Michael has been genuine and reliable from the very beginning, and his team is highly professional. We did extensive research on solar providers before making a decision, and ultimately chose them because they offered some of the best products and pricing in the market, along with outstanding value for money. We did encounter a few minor issues along the way, but everything was resolved very quickly. Special thanks to Michael for his patience during the quoting process, even when I changed system sizes and brands multiple times. There were no pushy sales tactics – he gave me the space to research and decide, then managed the installation seamlessly. Two weeks after the solar install, I decided to add a battery to take advantage of federal rebates before they dropped. I contacted Michael again, accepted the quote on Monday, and had the battery installed by Friday the same week - fast turnaround. Communication was prompt and clear throughout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience recently with Michael, Jared and the rest of the Cerium team for the install of a Sigenergy battery with gateway. The installation was incredibly neat and professional, showing these guys really take pride in their work. They designed a custom solution to integrate my existing three single-phase SolarEdge inverters and panels with optimisers to create a seamless three-phase system with black start. No other brand could offer the same backup capabilities—which was all executed flawlessly. Highly recommend their expertise and workmanship!

Cerium is an excellent company to deal with for both solar and water heating solutions. From the initial consultation, through multiple alterations and changes, Michael was thorough and never pushy for a sale. He could answer any question I had and pricing was very competitive against other quotations. The installation was smooth with a few hiccups that were rectified very promptly by Michael and the installation team due to hardware issues. I recommend utilising Cerium for energy upgrades, whilst pricing was slightly higher than other quotations, the service was irreplaceable.
