My experience today with Dr. Curtis was nothing short of amazing! She was so kind, and understanding of the fact that I’m withchild and I haven’t had the opportunity to see my OBGYN due to the blizzard. I was able to get my annual physical, while also doing my bloodwork early.
The nurse that took my blood today was also very sweet, and funny! I’m a huge needle weenie and she made that portion for me extremely easy. Thank you to my dear friend Bry that recommended me to this clinic. I would recommend Century Medical to all my friends and family.

Dr. Englard is such a caring and understanding doctor. He makes sure that patients feel comfortable and tries his best to communicate despite the language barrier (I speak mostly spanish).
My podatrist Dr. Kim is also amazing and very knowledgable in her field. I appreciate her explanations about my foot conditions and am looking forward to continue getting treated by her.
I am so glad I found this clinic and doctor!

The gynecologist, Zuleika Tavares, refused to read me my blood test results I took with another doctor because she is a gynecologist. I schooled her on eastern medicine by telling her about the correlation between nail health and uterine health. She then started talking about my mental health status, and stated I was rude although she was gaslighting me by saying “Is there a nuva ring on your thumb?” Please stick to the plot. She walked out of our appointment stating I was being rude when I tried explaining something about my personal health and she was not listening! If you do not know anything about eastern medicine do not shut me down because you believe you should be condescending. You are a care provider and you disrespect in a situation where I am trying to explain something is not appreciated.

Yes I will say, I was skeptical due to where the location was at, but as soon as I walked in very clean, the administrators that were sitting in the front were very Amazing, The wait time was not long and when I went to the back the same thing all rooms nice and clean smells very good in the bathroom yeah A+ clean but overall, my experience was amazing so much but now I’m about to change my PCP here. I love it. Amazing experience thank you guys. Keep up the great work. trust and believe I will be back and if anybody needs a place yeah book here

THIS STATEMENT IS ALL IN MY OPINION BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE ON 12/30/25 & 1/6/26
If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. It has taken them multiple calls and emails to send me correct immunization forms. Something so simple you would think would take less then 7+ days. The front desk people are slow (in speed) and do not understand anything. For example, I was given an appointment for today. I called at 8AM to make sure I was going to get what i wanted for my appointment and the front desk person told me that the appointment was never made. They have been emailing the wrong forms 3 times. I talked to higher ups and still have no paper signed. The supervisor that I just spoke to told me that he was shocked to hear what I was saying and was going to fix it right now. On ZocDoc it says that I could have what I wanted from this clinic and clearly they don't even know what they offer.
Do not go here if you want simple things done. They cannot handle it and it is sad that I have to write this because I liked Dr Arthur England and the woman who took my vitals/ blood. They were great. Staff up front was terrible! They charged my insurance without even completing the initial task.
Update on 1/9/26
I allegedly got a call from their manager named Polina and on the phone she made it seem like it was my fault. All I wanted her to do was to talk to her staff how they dropped the ball. She mentioned my google review to be to low because at the end of the day I got what I needed. That is disgusting, stars are based on my opinion. I got my immunization forms because I emailed/called multiple times to get them signed and stamped. I was persistent and determined. Her staff failed, allegedly to correct their mistake more then one time.
This google review reply is much more sincere then Polina tone on the phone. I also work in customer service and THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SHOULD TREAT SOMEONE. I wanted a simple thing to be done and it was not a simple experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

this century medical & dental center location is the best branch out of all their locations in the city. front desk is great, wait time is minimum and dr. Englard was insightful and listens.

Amazing service, they have every doctor I need, the medical assistants are amazing, and the doctors are exceptional. Will come here when I need medical assistance.

Staff at reception, Dr. Hassan's assistant, and Dr. Hassan herself were warm, friendly, reassuring, efficient, and all in all just great. It was my first visit but I would definitely go again.
I still thought my first visit was great, but getting my test results has been a really nightmarish and frustrating event. I do appreciate the help and empathy I received from the receptionist Gladys. But so far, I have not heard from any doctor to let me know what is wrong or to get medication for whatever it is!

I had a great experience during my visit. Leticia was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable and truly cared about how I was doing. NP Keso was also an amazing provider very attentive and compassionate. I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism from both of them. Highly recommend!
