In September 2025 we had a fire at home. We had never experienced anything like it before and had never made a claim on the household insurance policy at all. Centurion acted on our behalf in dealing with the loss adjuster and organising repairs. Centurion were magnificent in every respect. They ensured that everything went as smoothly and (to our mind) as fairly as possible. I have no doubt that had Centurion not been involved the whole process would have been many times more difficult to resolve. Kieran and Suzanne from Centurion were always excellent – professional, helpful and prompt in responding to queries. I would highly recommend Centurion’s services.

I’ll admit, before my recent flood experience I had never even heard of the term Public Loss Assessor. Like many people, I assumed that when you make an insurance claim, the Loss Adjuster would handle everything for you. What I didn’t realize is that the Loss Adjuster ultimately works for the insurance company, not for you. That’s where Kieran and the team at Centurion truly make a difference. They step in on your side, with the knowledge and expertise to guide you through the claims process. They know exactly what is covered and what isn’t, and they give clear, practical advice on the best way forward. On top of that, they have access to a network of outstanding builders, tradespeople, and specialists who can help put everything right. Of course, you could try to manage all of this yourself—but when it comes to a major claim, having experienced professionals in your corner is invaluable. Centurion takes the stress out of the process and ensures you’re properly represented. I sincerely hope I never find myself needing their services again, but if the worst does happen, Centurion will be the very first call I make.

I can honestly say I found this company after reading reviews and im so happy I did. They took the weight off of my shoulders. Every member of staff from the initial contact Suzanne, then Craig and finally Kieran are exceptional...considerate, caring and proactive. They took the pressure of dealing with insurance adjusters out if my hands.. I couldn't rate this company high enough... If you are unfortunate enough to need a loss assessor, look no further. Simply the best 👌

My house got flooded early January, and claim just recently settled. Had I not got Centurian involved, I'd be still scratching my head, and probably would have settled with the insurance company for half of what Centurian was able to obtain for me on a cash settlement. This experience really surprised me, and I was shocked to establish what insurance companies try to get away with without the experts being involved. Thanks to Kieran and his team, you guys held our hands for the last 6 months to see this through, and worked for us and for our best interest. Thanks for all your help.

In early April 2024, the partial flat roof of our bathroom extension, was blown off, in a severe storm. We were away at the time and our neighbour was keeping an eye on our house. He found that the kitchen was was full of water, and when he went upstairs, he found that water was pouring through the bathroom ceiling. He immediately notified us, and we returned home to the devastation. Initially the insurance company didn’t want to know. They said that the wind speed for storm damage was 48mph, and they only pay out at 50mph and above. I was suicidal upon hearing this. As in my mind at the time, I estimated about £10,000 for all of the damage. Eventually the insurance company had a change of heart, but the figure that they came with, wouldn’t cover the cost of the roof repair alone. A chance conversation in a pub led me to making a phone call to Centurion Claims. I’ve got to say that that was the best phone call that I have ever made. Paddy called around to our house, and after that visit, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. Kieran visited a couple days later and things started moving. Centurion liaised directly with the insurance company and also project managed the repairs, they got Ross the builder and his team on site, to get things sorted. All phone calls and messages were replied to promptly. Excellent company to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

In June 2023 are life changed forever with a fire in our home. The whole house was affected and both hospitalised. The centurion team were amazing. From initial meeting to 10 months after when we finally got home. The whole house had to be renovated and adapted to my needs. We were involved in every decision and updated on progress the whole way through. Not only was it physical but emotionally due to all our belongings were destroyed. The team helped us guided us and submitted all information in order for it to be as smooth as it could possibly be. We wouldn’t be where we are now if it wasn’t for them. We will be forever grateful. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. But thank you for giving us our home back.

I'm so grateful for Kieran and his team. Within 3 weeks they completed my home. From a burst water pipe under my bath. Having to take it all back to a shell.i had full input into everything. They even picked up all the decoration I chose. Helped with everything. Skips. Humidifiers electric. What a fantastic team from start to finish. Still checking in a week after completing. We had a terrible time dealing with our house insurers and their loss adjustors when we experienced 3 water escapes in 15 months. It was probably the most stressful process that I had evver experienced especially when the Insurance reps do every thing they can not to pay out. I contacted Centurion Claims Management and spoke with Kieran, who took my call at the weekend whilst on holiday. He sent one of his guys to see me on the sunday morning and we agreed that Centurion would represent our interests when dealing wth the insurance company and their loss adjustors. I wish we had signed them up at he start of the claim as they have been classy and professional dealing with the process and they managed to obtain insurance payour 10 x more than the original offer that I had. If you haver a home insurance claim I strongly recommend you contact Kieran at Centurion Claims Management before calling the Insurance. By the way It did not cost me a penny so Call Kieran to find out why!

We used centurion claims to deal with a recent fire we had never heard of the company, so we decided to check them out. And decided to use them that was the best decision ever .kieran was our representative for the company, and we could not fault him. He was Fantastic he dealt with all the insurance issues and took away a lot of worries and stress at a difficult time he was very professional and great to talk to and sorted everything with Ross the builder also a great company who did a fantastic job with the new kitchen we could not fault kieran at centurion claims and would highly recommend this company for a great job thanks kieran/ ross and his team best wishes Paul and gillian
