Central Scooter Repair has an amazing staff and great techs! They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. The team is super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They also sell scooters and really take the time to make sure you find the one that fits your needs. With no pressure to buy the most expensive option. Highly recommend them for both repairs and sales!
I bought a scooter charger from this store, but just two hours later I found my original charger at home. I went back to return the new one and asked for a refund. The price was $21, and I even offered to take $15 back instead, just to be fair.
However, Mr. John refused completely and said he couldn’t do it — even though big stores like Target and Best Buy allow returns in similar situations. When I tried to contact him later, he kept hanging up on me.
Honestly, this is not how you treat customers. I had a very bad experience and will not be coming back to this store again.
I was here today for a charger. The people whom work here are so ignorant and rude !!! Mostly treating you as an inconvenience, , I asked for a part for a hydraulic bike and was told oh we have them ,but, we dont sell them .I said okay well , do you know how I go about ordering that or where ...And they walked away ? There was a disabled girl in the store talking to other customers the two men were exchanging jokes , about her condition . I would never ever refer anyone to such a ignorant and judgemental environment. Management should take notice its employees , and there behavior because its vile!
I was in boston for vacation for 3 days and rented a scooter to go around in. It was one of the best part of the trip. I HIGHLY recommend central scoot if you're coming in on vacation using a scooter to get around allows you to see so much more of the city than you would otherwise with so many bike lanes boston is a perfect place for it too!!
I brought my scooter in for a tune-up, thinking it might need to be left overnight because they were slammed, but one of the guys looked it over, and in less than 5 mins tightened and tweaked everything he saw and could easily adjust. Also suggested a few future maintenance things for me to keep an eye on over the next few months.
Above and beyond customer-first service!! I’m new to the area and this is now MY shop… and should be yours as well!
