☺ Die Küchen-Grundausstattung war nicht üppig, aber uns hat nichts gefehlt.
Das Haus hat eine gemeinsam nutzbare Dachterasse zum Frühstücken, Abendessen, Chillen, aber auch zum Wäscheaufhängen.
Gleich über die Straße ist DER! Supermark der alles hat ;-)
und das was er nicht hat gibt es gleich die Straße etwas weiter rauf.
Auf dem weg zum Zentrum kommt man auch an allen Läden des tägliuchen Bedarfs vorbei.
Zu Fuß ins Zentrum sind es keine 10 min.
☹ Zu unserer Besuchszeit war leider eine Straße weiter eine Tief-Baustelle. Ab 08:00 lief der Presslufhammer. Da war dann kein Schlafen mehr möglich.
Der Fernseher war auf Polnisch eingestellt. Herauszufinden wie man das ändert war eine Challange.

Dobra lokalizacja, ale trochę ponuro
☺ Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony w dobrej lokalizacji. Parking bezpłatny niedaleko. Fajny taras na dachu, łatwe zameldowanie. Dwie sypialnie.
☹ Apartament jest dość ciemny i nieco ponury. W jednej z sypialni i w salonie nie ma okna. Balkony a właściwie okna z barierkami wychodzą na ciemne patio. Przy otwartych oknach słychać o czym rozmawiają sąsiedzi. Dość głośno to znaczy słychać nawet spuszczanie wody na wyższym piętrze. Zdjęcia apartamentu na booking są nieco poprawione gdyż nie jest aż tak jasno i słonecznie. Sypialnia z dwoma łóżkami pojedynczymi jest raczej dla dzieci a nie dla osób dorosłych, ponieważ drugie łóżko to właściwie wysuwany materac.

Modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment
☺ Spacious, clean and modern first floor apartment. Easy self check-in and great communication by the host. Less than 10mins walk to the Balcon and handy to be opposite Mercadona too!
☹ The only criticism I could make is that noise travels due to the inner courtyard area and when people are opening/closing their blinds it's really loud! Could even hear someone in the bathroom!!

Buen sitio, buenas relación precio-calidad, pero calle ruidosa.
☺ Me parece excelente el parking público cerca, el acceso está muy bien para Nerja que es un pueblo dificil acceso al centro. La calle e muy muy ruidosa, y las ventanas aislan muy bien, pero es inviable estar con las ventanas abiertas.
☹ La calle en general, donde está ubicado es cerca y eso está bien, pero el tráfico, las motillos es impresionante el ruido....mucho ruido de motillos y coches haciendo corridas.
