Thank you Dr Harmon and the whole Central Davis Dental staff for being there for me in my time of need. Also I wanted to give a special thanks to Caitlyn who was very patient with me. Due to my anxiety issues especially in a dental office where I have trouble communicating but she was very understanding and took her time with me.
My husband went here because the times were convenient. But witnessing him getting his teeth worked on convinced me that I'll never go there for myself. The dentist was nice but his helper was not. She was extremely rude with her attitude and also the way she moved my husband's face to the left while he had a Device in his mouth and shouted at him like he was in another room. She used tools that were meant for his mouth and (used on his mouth) to close Cabinets and open drawers, that disgusted me. She was kinda forceful with the dentist too but he didn't seemed to care or maybe he was used to it. I also saw chunks fly out of his mouth after witnessing them hit his teeth (that were not being worked on) several times and I checked to make sure they didn't chip them because that's how rough they were with him. The syringe that they used for numbing broke while they were using it, I've never seen a dentists syringe fall apart completely and I could see the liquid coming out. They had to replace the whole thing after twisting it inside his gums. My husband said he felt like they turned it like a key, causing a hole, before it broke. Also a couple different people came in about 5 times to give post it notes like it was a sorority house and they were bored, even though it's supposed to be a closed room. Even when things were done, the helper basically told him he needed to set up a cleaning appointment
and if he didn't do right then and there because he was "late", he would have to wait a long time because they were booked for months and it would mean that he would have to do a deeper cleaning and it basically would be his fault. Besides the dentist who was nice, the only positive thing was the office ladies. I hope I convince him to never go there again.
For owner, I actually did see those tools used that were in my husband's mouth being used on those cabinets to open and close them. So they may have been single use for that particular appt. But they were used inside his mouth and to open/close cabinets and then used inside his mouth again. The dentist did not have to yell to talk to my husband who responded, so why did his assistant? Also, any time there is a device in someone's mouth you gently move their head. Not turn it fast towards the device and hope for the best. I understand the need to give a dentist a note during a appt, but 5 times people came in. That seems a little excessive. I know that reviews can be how people tell if they want to go to a dentist or not. Like I said I liked the dentist, not the assistant. She seemed to be the main issue. She was rude during the appt and at the end. I really honestly hope something comes out of this for the next patient that has to deal with her. At the very least talk to her about her behavior. Tools that go inside your mouth should never be used to open or close cabinets!

In those situations, our team may need to speak a bit louder or gently adjust a patient's position so the dentist can see and work safely. We also want to reassure you that we follow strict infection-control and safety protocols. Anything that goes into a patient's mouth is either sterilized or single- use and is not used to handle drawers or cabinets. We use separate, clean tools for accessing supplies, and any equipment that doesn't function properly is replaced right away. The notes you saw brought into the room are simply part of our internal communication system so the doctor can stay updated without leaving the patient. Our team also routinely helps patients stay on track with recommended cleanings and preventative care, which is why follow-up scheduling is often discussed before they leave. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve how we communicate with patients and their families.
Staff is fantastic! My first visit was more than expected. I felt like I knew these staff for years. Hygienist was gentle, dentist did not over diagnose. And best part, no sticker shock. Definitely would highly recommended.

If you want an experience where the dentist is caring and values the needs and experience of their patient, then I don't recommend going here.... It was clear that my needs violated what the dentist wanted and I was there WAY longer than I should have....everything around the procedure was longer than other dentists.... The assistant also did some of the prep work that the dentist normally does, and wasn't very careful or mindful of How tools were jabbing in my mouth.... Not going back.

They did such a great job with my kids cavities. I prefer them to the pediatric dentist we had been to previously. My 5 year old daughter didn’t need the gas or being sedated to fill them.
The billing team gives accurate amounts when running insurance. They ask for payment before you go back and that’s my only complaint. I believe in paying for services after it’s complete and a good job was done. Other than that we’ve been happy with their office :)

I had to get a filling done on one of my front teeth and because it’s so visible I was worried you would be able to notice it but it looks amazing! You would never even be able to tell its there and it looks even better than before.
It was also the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I told them how I hate the feeling of being numb and that I hate the feeling of the needle they need to use to make that happen. They were so kind and understanding and did everything they could to make it as comfortable as it possibly can be.
I’ve never been scared of the dentist by any means but like many people, I hated going. I am so thankful I found them because having the options for different positioning pillows, blankets, and the headphones for the TV during your appointment makes it a much more bearable experience.
Nobody likes going to the dentist, but since we need to go, I’m glad I get to go to them.

CDC was AMAZING! Kyia, Lorie, and Dr. Dayana are incredible. I have sensitive have sensitive teeth and my cleaning was the most comfortable one I have ever had. The team was thorough, professional and genuinely took their time, got to know me and educated me along the way. I’m so glad I found them. They accept Medicaid as well which is a huge plus!

They have been very disrespectful and poor communication. They are very rough and you end up all bruised up and when you let them know the answer is more medicine. I hurt for days after the from the bruises set an appointment for one thing and then say you are there for something totally different when it's time for your appointment and make you reschedule for what they originally scheduled you for. They do not give you options tell you you need the most expensive thing like a root canal, but when I consultEd with another dentist they disagreed and said it was not necessary and took care of it for much les.
Dr Harmon and his staff are amazing. I just love going him a hard time. Lol

My mom has been been coming here for year's. And when they moved she followed them there. They are amazing friendly staff when you walk in greet you right away. So when I changed my insurance had to come here for my self.
