I hadn’t seen all the 5-star reviews before calling, but they definitely make sense for how amazing this company is, how fast they show up, how safe they operate, and what outstanding employees they have. I got to speak with Mark on the phone, who promptly got Geno to where I was at. I had an unusual situation where I thought I could pick up a car on my trailer myself, but I could not. Geno was so helpful, positive, knowledgeable, patient, and fun to speak with. Solid operator. I also happen to notice that they take good care of their equipment… There was fresh grease on every zerk on his tow truck. I cannot think central Carolina Towing enough. Geno, you are awesome and you saved the day.

When I slid off the road in Baddin Campground, Geno showed up within the hour and pulled me free for the fairest price I've been quoted for a pull. He was courteous and fast working. I have nothing bad to say about this man or his business. USE HIS SERVICE. whole ordeal only cost me $260

You can’t get anyone better than Geno. He shows up quickly and is efficient when you’re in a bind. He was kind and patient with me and my car. Took the time to calm me and took the extra steps such as checking my oil which was low unbeknownst to me. He takes pride in his work and is truly a wonderful person. I hope that he and his company thrive because we need more people like him.

My insurance company had assigned my tow this this company. I was contacted by them immediately by the driver once they were assigned. I wasn't at my car and was able to make arrangements for a call when he was close. I arrived 1 minute before the driver. Everything went smoothly, The driver was very pleasant and I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend them!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This company is amazing and truly invested in helping you when you are having a really bad day. My husband turned his tractor over on property in the middle of nowhere - we called and Geno answered right away. We told him the problem and he said that he would be there in 30 minutes - but I’m sure he arrived even quicker than what he said. He then took great care to assess the situation and got the tractor upright with zero damage. He charged us a price much lower than what we were expecting since we were in such a predicament which to me shows a great deal of honesty and integrity. I will forever call this company any time I need this type of service. Thank you Geno for being so great - you were such a blessing to us today.

Unexpectedly got a flat tire in Monroe on my way to Charlotte one evening. Thank goodness roadside assistance connected w/ GENO at Central Carolina Towing. He was patient while trying to figure out my exact location where many would have bailed. He showed up, was so polite, courteous and reassuring during a stressful time. He had my spare up and ready to get back on the road with his modern equipment. He is a true hero!

Really great service. Very professional and safe. Driver and owner were super helpful I surely recommend if you need a tow service. I got a flat tire in Montgomery County on 220 N. Central Carolina was there within 30 minutes and knew exactly where to go to get tire. Awesome

The price charged was outrageous to winch my truck out of a ditch which only had the front left tire in it. The reason explained for charging so much was because I had a commercial truck. It didn't take him any longer or no more effort to get out than a small truck. I would not recommend this company because of there pricing.

I have had to have the same vehicle towed within the last two weeks. Both times Geno has come to tow it. Both times he had no problem getting my vehicle from a shared driveway. I will request Central Carolina Towing every time. Give them a call if road service is needed. You won't be disappointed.

The reasons for 5 stars: His equipment is up-to-date and well maintained. HE arrived at stated arrival time. He has professional knowledge in hauling vehicles: My Ford 150 would not start and was parked hood first in the carport with a narrow driveway. He solved the problem quickly and professionally and had the truck ready for pick-up. He was curious, well-mannered, and proficient. I would call him first if I needed towing.
