I had an incredible experience working with this law firm for my case. Chris and Karen were so supportive and communicative during the process and it was such a pleasure speaking with them. I had a difficult case and I reached out to them with such short notice, only 24 hours in advance and they were able to show up to my court date the very next morning and also got my case dismissed. I was really impressed when they started to working on my case immediately while I was still there. They are very efficient and I felt like they really cared about my situation. My lawyer was consistently late to our conferences. I don’t have transportation, and while the clerical staff was very strict—bordering on rude—about me arriving on time, my lawyer would sometimes show up an hour and a half late. He was also difficult to reach, often holding virtual conferences and then delaying follow-ups for weeks or even months. While the final outcome was acceptable, I still lost everything I had worked for over the past eight years. Greater transparency and stronger communication from the firm would have made a significant difference.

Absolutely a gem of an attorney. I walked into his office and explained my traffic issue to him, he understood my needs and confidently told me he’ll take care of multiple tickets. He then proceeded to do exactly that, even going to the prosecutor multiple times as he was unhappy with their initial offering. Highly recommend this firm to anyone dealing with issues from the abysmal traffic authority of Long Island.
