We decided to use this business to help with our backyard, needed sod in some areas and re route some sprinklers. They came and did the sod but came up short, we decided to pay for an extra pallet of sod for them to finish the job. A month later I called and turns out we were never on the schedule so we asked to be out on the schedule, this happened 3 more times.
They finally came and finished the sod and was told they would adjust the sprinklers after completing. I have called twice to ask about this since 2 sprinklers won't come over the lawn to spray. Both times I just here I am not on the schedule and honestly in just unsure how to get in the schedule.
I had a great experience with Cutting Edge Irrigation for a drain installation project. They were extremely respectful of my property from start to finish, taking care to avoid any damage and leaving everything just as they found it, if not better. Their team was clean, organized, and very professional throughout the entire process. They showed up, communicated clearly, and made sure the job was done right. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.

Chaney and the other gentleman called before arriving. They were on time and were very polite and thorough. They did a great job, even doing unexpected repairs that they had not quoted for. Would highly recommend.

I called in and explained I had a leaking valve on my sprinkler system. They told me they’d take care of it… 2 guys, $170
For the call plus parts if needed. The guys came out and saw it was a copper or brass valve. They had the dispatch lady call me and tell me they couldn’t fix it due to it being copper/brass. I noticed they billed me $170 anyway. I called and the lady on the phone said she’d talk to the boss about it. That was months ago. Nothing was done… no refund, no follow up.
Ricky came out and trimmed up my shrubs and did a great job. He called me on his way and sent me pics to make sure I was happy. He did a great job.

Had to have the backflow preventer replaced on our sprinkler system and have it inspected to be compliant for TCEQ/water utility. Once we figured out the old double check valve was trash, Spencer ordered the new required parts and the crew came to install. Crew was prompt, friendly and helped educate me on my system as well as what they were doing. Didn’t love spending the money, but now I know what I have and know that it was installed correctly and works as intended. Thanks again!

Lost a zone in my sprinkler system and they came out and quickly identified the open wire in the system, located the valve and repaired on the spot. They were professional and courteous throughout the process and I will be calling again for future problems!
