Came into Cecil today. I must say that in all my years of purchasing vehicles, this has to be the BEST experience ever!! I was in and out in 1.5 hours! I was like WOW!! Paul did an outstanding job! Sales manager Ted treated us like people, not just a number. The General Manager Kirsten was here as well, she always makes sure that I am being taken care of. Eli made the finance for us go smoothly. Overall it was an Amazing and Outstanding experience here at Cecil Atkins!
Kristen, Tim, Tiffany went above and beyond and made the impossible possible. They got me the Jeep Gladiator I wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are amazing to work with and always courtesy. Thank Y’all for making it happen. Tiffany even included the first duck.
I absolutely do not recommend going through them for a vehicle. They told us on 4 different occasions that we were approved and accepted our trade in as a down payment. And after 2 days of wasting our time, when we finally get to signing the paperwork, they tell us they are going to need an additional $4500 before we could leave. Nothing about an additional down payment was ever mentioned before. Everything was done so backwards and they got our hopes up and had us fill out all of the paperwork for no reason. Save yourself some time, and go to literally any other dealership.
