I called to see if I could get help with a very difficult and tight situation at around 4pm December 23 not really expecting much but really hoping for a miracle. I was impressed that the person answering the phone didn't shut me down immediately and that instead she put me in touch with Mr. Catalfo. Now there is a man who knows what good customer service is all about and clearly enjoys helping people even in challenging circumstances! We spoke after 5pm for 24 minutes 13 seconds on the evening all non-retail businesses were shutting down early! He gave me suggestions and explained his perspective of my situation.
