First time as a new patient everyone was very nice and polite. During my cleaning they made sure I was comfortable and wasn't feeling any pain. They answered any questions I had and took care of me as quickly as they can.
Thank you everyone for making this visit a pleasant one. A thank you especially to Holly she's the best dental hygienist in town. I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, but with Holly she makes me feel comfortable and having a pleasant experience so I'm not so nervous. Thanks Holly.

I had an issue that needed immediate attention and I had phoned another dental provider in Castroville but they never called me back. The next day, I phoned Castroville Dental and they scheduled me to go in within 2 hours. Office staff, the dentist and dental assistant were all very nice and accommodating. They were able to resolve my issue and I was on my way within an hour. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again. Thank you Castroville Dental.
Dr. Su and her staff are welcoming and professional. They help relieve my dental visit anxiety with thorough explanations, as well as comfortable exam and treatment settings. They kept me very comfortable during treatment. The appointment times are kept very close to the schedule, and staff communicates well with offers to reschedule if there will be any extended delays. The office accepts my insurance, and provides clear explanation of costs not covered by insurance before scheduling treatment.
update Nov 2025 - Dr. Su and her staff continue to provide excellent care. Dr. Su, Dental Assistant, BriAnn, Hygenist Holly, and the front desk staff each contributed to my positive experiences at this office. I highly recommend Castroville Dental to anyone seeking outstanding and compassionate dental care.

I recently visited Castroville Dental Clinic for my semi-annual cleaning and check-up, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was seen right away! The team of BriAnn, Holly, and Dr. Su worked seamlessly together to complete my x-rays, cleaning, and exam.
This clinic has a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, creating a comfortable environment that makes dental visits stress-free. Dr. Su not only provided a thorough check-up but also took the time to chat, which made the appointment feel personal and enjoyable.
Castroville Dental is our family dentist, and they've always made scheduling appointments easy and have great times for those of us who work in San Antonio and have to commute back home to the Castroville area. I want to thank ALL the staff at Castroville Dental for their kindness, gentleness and willingness to help me. I came in months ago inquiring about a treatment plan to repair my teeth. Dr Su was amazing in providing options and treatment plans. I have a phobia of the dentist due to prior experiences and she completed eased my tensions. After months of going back and forth, I went through the treatment and it has been amazing. Painful but amazing. Their office has been so open to having me come in at almost anytime of the day, sometimes minutes before they close to address any issues i may be battling. They continue to be super inviting, careful and they continue to listen to my needs. I would recommend to anyone who is needing any dental work. Their support staff is also amazing at making sure they give you all the information upfront for treatment. I am super happy with this office and they operate
