James came by today to inspect/repair our sprinkler system. He was professional and very knowledgeable when it came to what we needed replaced. He went zone by zone after the repairs were made and ensured I understood what had been done. We will be using your company going forward for any sprinkler/lawn needs!

I thought u might need/want a complete reinstall. Matt was wonderful LISTENING to me and my thoughts/concerns. Another company that’s a top result when searching on google sent a repeat was hurried. Didn’t want to listen. Gave me a quote for a new system only after I called asking for it several days after it was promised. It was vague. I called and asked for details and seemingly reluctantly they provided it. Not once did they call me to ask about it. Bad service. Matt on the other hand ended up fixing my issue for about $400. Think of that versus had I replaced the whole

Great Service & Expertise!
I called the Thursday before Memorial Day thinking that they would not be able to see my sprinkler issue until the following week. Someone had cancelled and Castle Rock Sprinkler was able to come out the NEXT DAY.
A gentleman by the James came out to greet me. I showed him where the issue was. He was able to give me a quick quote. I agreed and he was able to start right away. I told him that l would be working in the garage if he needed anything, Twenty minutes later l thought l would see if James needed anything or had questions. At this point l thought he might be there easily an hour or more. When l popped head around the corner, James already had the whole piping assembled and solder in.
"Oh, l was just about to come and see if you could turn the water on." he said.
I could not believe how fast he had everything put together and installed. And it looked beautiful.
Found out that James is a fantastic singer/song writer. Truly a very talented man.
Castle Rock Sprinkler came out the previous year and had rebuilt all of my valves and manifold of the system. They have been saving my lawn for the last two seasons.
