New to the lawn care side of things with CRLS, but have been a sprinkler system customer for many years. Damion did a great job explaining what he’d be doing when he arrived and what the maintenance program would look like moving forward. This company was recommended to me by neighbor and I’m so glad I took her advice. Vince was here last year and came back this year with Damion. I can’t say how wonderful it is to work with them and Castle Rock Lawn and Sprinkler. Very thorough and professional, answered any and all questions and overall were just a joy to have take care of my yard. I highly recommend them and this company. Even Going to expand the work they do here. You won’t be disappointed.

Damon, our tech, was on time. He has serviced our property several times. He always explains what work is required before doing it. Cost was reasonable. He even replaced one sprinkler head at no cost because he felt he had not fixed it properly last year. Now that’s integrity! Highly recommend.

Bobby was absolutely wonderful when he came to my house to winterize it. It was the end of a long day I’m sure and he was immediately greeted with 3 toddlers who asked him a minimum of 100 questions about each step he was doing. He answered and explained with so much patience that it was like a breath of fresh air. Not only did he get the job done efficiently, but it turned my day around as well as wild as that sounds. He was very knowledgeable and seemed happy to be here. Would absolutely recommend. He stood out! 10/10!

I highly recommend this company for all your sprinkler and yard needs. I just had one of their employees, Auggie, come out to blow out our sprinkler system, and he was so pleasant and professional. He even handled the service later in the season than we should’ve scheduled it, and still did an amazing job. He was incredibly thorough, explaining how and when to check for any potential leaks. Truly great service!

I’ve used Castle Rock Sprinkler since I moved to the town 3 years ago. Service always been professional, transparent (going over what was done, what needs attention, what to look for, pricing) and friendly. The online system is easy to use with a convenient schedule, and their reminder emails are very helpful. For this most recent winterization, Auggie helped us and went over what to look for and to reach out with any concerns (we didn’t have any issues). Auggie was very friendly and professional. I also like that they use their names in person and in email, adds a nice human connection to business interactions.

Damion, knew his stuff, advised me of the freeze damage I had and quickly cleared my zones the correct way. Will utilize them for repairs next spring!
