I had an amazing experience here. As a first time patient, setting up the appointment, getting insurance put in and check in was super easy. And then they were able to get me in right after. All staff were very kind and helpful. Gracie helped me get all prepped and was amazing. She explained everything to me and was able to provide answers and reassurance for all my questions. I was able to use the laughing gas and they even had headphones to let me listen to music which made the process a lot better and anxious free. Because I’d that, getting my root canal was actually somewhat relaxing. Dr. Jenson was super great. After not having the best experience at my last dentist, I felt a lot better going here because of Dr. Jenson and all the staff. Thank you.

Everyone was very helpful and attentive before, during, and after my root canal. I had many questions after procedure and they patiently and throughly answered all of them.

I just want to take a moment to give a great big shout out to Cascade Endodontics. I have a high functioning autistic son who needed a root canal. He also has a heart condition and needed to premedicate. Even before the procedure, Cascade was exceptionally kind and helpful to make sure we had everything in place - including understanding the financial arrangements. During my son’s procedure, a young woman had fainted in the lobby. They took exceptionally great care of this patient. Shortly after, my son had a panic attack. The patience and care this staff took to help my son was extraordinary! They were so calm. Dr Jensen was right there with his staff and serviced both patients with such a big heart. Anyone walking into this practice would not have even known they had two patients experiencing adverse effects in such a short time. Spectacular practice!

My temporary dentist (my usual never answered his emergency text or call) identified an abscessed tooth last Friday. He referred me to Dr Jenson who luckily had a cancellation this past Monday. 3:30 appt. For a root canal. First ever! Arrived early; taken in early. Cydney explained everything succinctly and Dr Jenson was also informative and professional. I followed Cydney’s instructions for ibuprofen and acetaminophen from 3:30 pm Monday to Wednesday night. No ache, no throbbing! No pain meds since then and I’m so grateful. They called to check on me too! I hope I don’t need them again but if I do, I won’t hesitate!

Dr. Jenson and his staff were knowledgeable, efficient, exceptionally skilled, and fun. I would quite happily come back again for the same procedure. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. The procedure was largely painless. I got a root canal.
