This apartment is an easy walk to the parking garage and then it was an elevator ride up to Taormina where there were lots of restaurants, shops and sights to see and of course beautiful views. Elisa greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful in getting us oriented. She responded quickly when we had questions. There was parking right on site which was really nice. We had a wonderful time exploring Taormina and Mount Etna and Casa Vacanze Maruca was a perfect base for our adventure.

We thought a lot about where to stay, to have a 3 bedroom where it is at a reasonable price was worth compromising on the kitchen and lounge area. So it was, where we could prepare simple meals. The dining area worked well and one afternoon we sat and watched the view outside with an aperitivo. Two bathrooms were great to have. Ideal location, able to explore all of Taormina easily on foot. There is noise from the restaurant above in the evening, reading the reviews this was well understood. We ate at the Osteria twice and it was great. We stayed in January, the heating was good without using the reverse cycle air conditioning. However, humidity built up on the windows and I remembered that AC removed the humidity, fixing the problem. It is a true BnB with a number of breakfast items, tea and coffee. Host: Elisa took the time to meet us in and talk us through the property and the area. She was very helpful throughout our stay assisting us with reservations at the Osteria & Taxi

everything was so perfect. she was so kind about us. she provide everything before we came. for an example both of the two bathrooms she put shampoo and shower gel. And in the kitchen everything plates glasses etc was new and chic. and she put cornetto and biscuits and jam ,honey,coffee, spices, olive oil which we didn't have to buy something for a two days vacation although we could cook something. house was also decorated well and there was so much space to stay. every simple thing was provided us even card games and candles. she was so nice and warm. again, thank you everything.

Wonderful place to stay. Easy access to Taormina - old town. Private parking and patio. Host was informative, place was well stocked (Elisa thought if everything) and Elisa gave good recommendations. The restaurant upstairs does not bother you and their food is fantastic. Would highly recommend especially if you have your own car.

The house is amazing and very big. Elisa was so kind to leave breakfast for us. The porch with a view to the Etna is breathtaking. It is under a restaurant so there is a little noise until 11pm but a lot less than expected. To get to downtown you just walk 5 minutes and go up a convenient elevator in a garage. It is good because it lets you get the main street from the beginning. If you are in a group of people, and are ok with walking a little this is the perfect Airbnb. Loved it!

Elisa’s apartment was well located being just a short walk from the main access point to Taormina. The apartment was spacious with a small kitchenette but 2 bathrooms makes it easy when accommodating family. Elisa advised at check-in about the restaurant above the apartment and indicated it would be quiet after 10pm. Unfortunately there was more noise than we expected which continued from early morning, until 11.30pm, which for light sleepers may be a problem. We enjoyed our stay in Taormina and the easy accessibility was a bonus.

Nous avons beaucoup ce logement avec 3 chambres et 2 salles d' eau, une terrasse.Il y avait plein d'ingredients pour préparer un bon petit-déjeuner. Il est très facile de se rendre dans le centre de Taormine à pied grâce à un ascenseur extérieur. Le seul bémol est le bruit de la pizza au dessus avec les tables qui sont sans cesse bougées jusqu'à 23h environ. Heureusement, la pizza était fermée lors de notre 2 ème nuit.Elisa a vraiment été très acceuillante et pleine de bons conseils.
