Professional and friendly - job well done! I had a great experience with Carters from the very start they were quick to respond to emails, and able to complete the job for a fair price in a reasonable timeframe. On the day they were prompt, friendly and polite. Most importantly they did an excellent job of repairing our wall, matching the mortar colour. They left the area clean and tidy and were efficient and professional throughout.

We had Carters Restoration services come for some repointing work on our Gable wall, which took only 2 days to complete. They were very professional and extremely polite. They did a great job with the work and even filled in some gaps on the other walls of the house, which was very courteous. Would highly recommend Carters Restoration Services 🙂

If you’re looking for a professional job from a hard working and very polite team then Liam and the team are the perfect fit. They were super polite to my neighbor as access was required. Repointing a chimney An excellent business, I was very impressed , they were polite and very hardworking . Liam went above and beyond , they have an excellent work ethic. Removal of cement and repointing with lime mortar, capping chimneys and repairing chimney stack Definitely recommend. Liam and Sam arrived when they said they would, worked hard and finished on time. The standard of work is high and they tidied up after each day of work. They charged as quoted and prior to work starting Liam took the time to look round my property and discuss what I wanted doing (I'd recently moved so was working through a list from the building survey). Liam and Sheena are very responsive on emails when queries came up in advance of the work starting.

Repointing and adding swift bricks An ideal experience from start to finish - they were really transparent about exactly what they would do, and clearly itemised the quote and invoice, and handled all the communications with the makers of the swift bricks and did the necessary research. While the work was being done, they were very respectful and communicative, with both myself and my neighbours, and diligent about the quality of their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Can’t thank Liam and his team enough for the repoint/ repairs they did on our gable last week. Carter’s restoration provide an incredibly friendly and professional service and have left our house looking good as new! Not to mention Liam personally cleaning the dust from our drive/garden after the job was done. Would recommend this service to anyone 10/10
