Took my car in on a whim after noticing scratches trailing the full length of the body, the team couldn’t do enough for me, Sam kindly took it over to the body shop and they buffed out all the scratches there and then within the hour, a smallish job from what they generally probably do but sorted with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend and car looks like new.

After having a little accident with the front bumper. I took my car to CARS of Grimsby and I could not be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived the team were very welcoming and the customer service was absolutely brilliant. The team assessed the damage thoroughly and explained exactly what needed to be done to get the car looking how it should again which gave me real confidence in them straight away. They had the car booked in quickly once the parts arrived and knowing I still needed to travel for work they provided me with a courtesy car for the full duration. The finished result is outstanding, the bumper genuinely looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. A massive thank you to Sam who went completely above and beyond by personally delivering the car back to my house once it was all done and ready, fitting perfectly around my busy schedule. Exceptional service from start to finish and if you are looking for accident repairs for your vehicle look no further than CARS of Grimsby!

Great team I started my repair with Sam but met the majority of the team who was all eager to help from the start. Any hiccups they was happy to assist which eased the pressure on me and finally the job was completed to an impeccable standard. Take there advice, blend into panels they suggest etc and you’ll be very happy with final results. Photos attached are proof of the craftsmanship alone. Thanks CARS !

The work itself on my car was phenomenal. It was like picking up a brand new car!!. I am over the moon with their work and i wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Pranged my bumper on a crash barrier in Freshney Place car park. Needed paintwork on part of the bumper, a new black gloss bumper insert and plastic wheel arch replacing. Sam looked after me so well, made sure the courtesy car was automatic, which i need due to disability. Took it in on Wednesday 6th May and picked it up today 7th May, they valeted it so well it looks brand new. Fantastic service, lovely staff, I highly recommend.

Victim of a violet hand carwash, Cars helped by sticking back the trim with minimum fuss and maximum professionalism despite the small nature of the repair. After paying their modest invoice I still have all my arms and legs so I'll be back if I have any more car trauma. So grateful that the Cars team were not the rlp off merchants I encountered at the car wash. Their excellent coffee and sympathy were very restorative, genuinely nice people.

Many thanks to Cars for the very professional advice and care taken to repair my Renault Captur after a front bumper accident,Mark and Sam where great with the competitive quote,same day received that Quote given the go ahead,was offered a lift home to Waltham,as my wife was unable to drive me.I dropped off the car on a Friday the work was completely to a fantastic quality by the Next Tuesday,was picked up from home to collect the car,very impressed by the sevice and the two lads that drove me.5⭐.
