I can’t thank Cars of Grimsby enough for their help. From the moment I brought my car in, the team were friendly, reassuring and kept me updated throughout. They even arranged a hire car for me straight away, which was a huge help. The repair itself is perfect you’d never know there was any damage. The whole job was finished in under a week, which I was really impressed with. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I’m so grateful for how well they looked after me. Highly recommend!!

So a Deer kindly ran into my car causing damage to my bumper and lights!!! I emailed Cars and Sam asked me to pop in so they can have a look. Wow what can i say. Exceptional service from the get go. Kept me informed of what was happening throughout. They loaned me a car which was brilliant as i need a car for work. When i got my car back after only 10 days the job they did was fantastic and not only that my car was gleeming in and out. And on the plus side they give you a little goody bag which is a lovely touch. Highly recommend *****

They liased with the insurance on my behalf, kept me updated throughout the process and provided a courtesy car - even collecting my car and returning it to my home address. Just had a repair carried on a bYD atto 3 including rear tailgate. Excellent service throughout, including courtesy car, update on progress and a superb respray colour matched perfectly. Handled insurance claim and covered the extras. Fully recommend them and thanks to Sam for handling it.

Fantastic service from Sam and the team. A bus hit my rear bumper, and once the process was started, the team managed everything. They picked up my car, repaired all the damage, and returned it to me. The vehicle returned clean and looking brand new. The communication from Sam was outstanding. Recent accident repair carried out to very high standard. This is the second time we have used Cars, and they do not disappoint. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Update: 3/10/25 - just collected my vehicle after repairs caused by unknown in car park. The service was exemplary as usual, and well worth my insistence that Cars do the work, in spite of pressure from my insurers. I cannot praise them any higher. Hopefully my last visit!
