Kay has been fantastic from the start! We were having a whole house renovation done, which needed LVT downstairs and carpet upstairs including the stairs. Kay was really helpful in guiding us to choose the right LVT/carpet, he gave us some invaluable advice on the flooring and helped us eventually decide on the range we absolutely love. The quote was also competitive considering the excellent customer service throughout! When it came to arrange the fitting date, because of the project size, we had to co-ordinate with the building team and kitchen fitter. Kay was incredibly accommodating and managed to arrange our LVT fitted just in time! Mark our LVT guy was professional and friendly, he fitted our floor beautifully! Thank you Kay and Mark! If you are looking for a flooring company, you definitely have come to the right place! We would undoubtedly recommend CarpetStyle to anyone!

Another great experience from Carpet Style, Northwood. I have got my carpets and Karndean from Carpet Style for many years now and have never been disappointed. This time it was 3 x carpets in 3 x bedrooms. Prices felt very competitive and although it felt like we were playing Tetris with our furniture, all went well! The team could not have been more helpful. 3 separate fitter bookings were no problem; all the carpets are the right ones (how many times have my friends complained people laid the wrong carpet!) and all rooms look amazing. I'll certainly be using them again!

Had a slot to give me a quote within 30 mins of me walking in. Price was exactly what I wanted to pay. Choice of colours perfect. They managed to fit me in before Xmas. Fitter arrived on time and was polite and tidy. A lot of work was completed on the day. Excellent service which is why I am a returning customer.

Always use Carpetstyle for our flooring. Had the Luxury vinyl tiles put in the extension last year and brought it through the rest of the house . It has been laid brilliantly and looks fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful It is a very professional set up . I would highly recommend this shop. They have a huge range of carpets at very competitive prices

Great experience and advice. We recently moved and the whole middle floor needed new flooring. Kay gave us all the options and the pros and cons so we could make a long term decision. The floorers who fitted the Amtico LVT were excellent with perfect precision around tricky corners. Would highly recommend!

They seem nice to get the sale but the flooring is sub par, mine has pile lines across the middle of it and the fitter has done a real hack job around most of the corners, none of it is sealed and didn't even glue parts of it down. Shop said they'll come back glue and seal it but never bothered, avoid at all costs go to a mainstream flooring shop, idk how they've stayed in business.
