We used them very recently and are very happy. They did a wonderful job and very reasonably priced. We don have pets but do have 3 boys. We will use them again.

Communication was great. Technician texted enroute so I would know to expect his arrival. He was Very thorough in the cleaning of the two recliners. We requested a fabric protector be applied and he gave us the additional cost and let us wait until he was finished cleaning to make a decision. Will definitely use them again.

We have a nervous rescue dog who made a mess of our brand new carpet -- thought our only solution was just to replace it all. Scheduled an appointment online (which was a breeze) with Extreme and Dominic G came on the scheduled time -- the communication leading up to the appointment was excellent.
