They were very helpful right throughout the process, from coming on site with samples, to providing recommendations on carpet, vinyl and colour options. The boys did a great installation, particularly the vinyl sheeting on an awkward layout.

First home and first renos so wasn’t really sure what I was in for. Scope includes full flooring uplift (tiles and carpets) in kitchen, living room and bedroom, hybrid floor installation and replacement of blinds with curtains. Warren was the only person to come and do a full measure up to quote the job so that was the first bonus He also helped me navigate the million and one questions the body corporate committee had and went above and beyond to find extra info I needed to get the works approved. When I came in the store to pick flooring and curtain materials it was simple. Only took Emma one look at me and a quick chat to get a perfect feel for the aesthetics I was going for and “my style” to help me chose the materials for the curtains Communication was timely from confirming dates of the different trades coming in to logistics on program etc..
