Very happy with the service I received from Paula who was extremely helpful and from the installer.
The vinyl went on top of existing tiles so Phil, the installer, had to level the floor first by filling in the grout to the same height as the tiles. He then got on with the job and cleaned up afterwards.
It's now been a few weeks since it was laid and there is no evidence of the underneath tiles.
I'm very happy with the service and will now go back to Carpet One and arrange to have vinyl laid over all the other wet areas in the house.

Absolutely fantastic service! I was amazed by how quickly everything was completed. I visited the showroom on Saturday, they measured on Monday, and by Wednesday the new carpet was already installed. Most companies quoted waiting times of one to two weeks, so this turnaround was incredible.
The team helped me choose a great quality carpet at a very reasonable price and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The installation was done to a very high standard – everything looks perfect, clean, neat, and professionally finished.
I couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new carpet. Thank you for the excellent service!
