I had a carpet installation by CarpetNow southlake today, and I am highly satisfied with the results. I must first acknowledge James for his excellent communication, which ensured the scheduling and planning process was smooth and hassle-free. Rodrigo and his partner on the install were notably efficient and hard-working, completing the installation quickly and with excellent attention detail. The finished carpet looks amazing and is clearly a high-quality installation. I would certainly recommend Carpet Now, and rate their overall service a 10 out of 10.

I closed on a house on Friday and carpet now was out there Saturday. They installed over 2k sq ft of carpet in 2 days. Salesman Tim Gates was low pressure, really knowledgeable, took time to measure and show different padding. Leonel was installer with team. Old carpet without furniture on it was ripped out in 15 minutes. New carpet was meticulously perfected. I would highly recommend!!!

Tim an Leonel did a wonderful job. Very responsive. Met me for an estimate the day after I called. Provided a reasonable charge for 6 repairs. Easy to coordinate. The finished carpet looks amazing. Will use them again.

Incredible job. Responsive, reasonable price and did a wonderful job w carpet repair needed after some extra curious cats! Had damage at numerous doorways. Will recommend them to more clients. Thank you Tim and Leonel!

James was awesome! very professional and cordial. He came the day of installation to insure all the details were correct. Angel and Octavio were polite .. professional ..and precise on their installation. I will definitely recommend Carpet Now to everyone !

Very happy with the whole process, from the first call asking for a quote, to the install team cleaning up when they were done. Thanks to Gina, Nicole and Miguel (and his sidekick Pancho?) for making this as painless and quick as possible. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have carpet replaced or installed.
