This place is truly a hidden gem. You can find virtually anything you need for flooring, all in one location. Kristen has consistently provided exceptional, professional service every time I’ve stopped by for additional materials. Jen made the process of selecting vinyl tile painless. She brought samples to our home when she measured the space for the tile. The installer was also very professional, and the result looks great. We are so happy with the results of our floor in our condo. Jenn B. Was so polite and professional. She brought the samples and I was able to make the choice on the spot at the condo. No need to go to a showroom, schedule an appointment for measurements then go back to the office for a deposit. Again, Jenn met me at the residence with samples, later that day we recieved a quote. My wife and I were so happy with the quote and the quality of the product we didn't even get a 2nd or 3rd quote. Making the deposit was simple with the web link provided with the quote. The next week the floor was installed. Thank You Jenn!!

We were very impressed with Jenn and Kristen at Carpet to Go Flooring. Their price quote was competitive with others we considered, Jenn’s designing advice was stellar and their turnaround time for replacing our old kitchen flooring with Pergo luxury vinyl plank (LVP) was amazing at less than two weeks from order date! We were on a deadline with getting new appliances delivered and they met it with ease, and we love our new floor. It also feels good to do business with a local company! We highly recommend Carpet to Go Flooring based on this experience.

We hired Carpet to Go to replace about 1,000 square feet of carpet as well as a stair runner. The first installer took shortcuts and rushed certain aspects which created a lot of problems. Carpet to Go agreed to completely re-do the stairs because of how crooked the runner was, as well as fix a number of other issues. They hired one of their best installers to fix everything. He did an excellent job but forgot one of the issues I reported. A third installer was later sent out to fix it. This third installer did a horrible job and had to return with a manager's supervision to re-do it. All in all it took 3 different installers 5 different occasions to get the carpet in and a few of the seams still aren't perfect. However the managers were patient and very helpful in getting the issues resolved. For the most part my carpet looks and feels great. I purchased Mohawk Smartstrand.
