We tried Carpet to Go based on some recommendations from people I trust, so we gave them a call. They came out quickly and gave us our measurements. We liked how many options they had in store so you could compare colors and feel all of them too, it was more personal experience plus their pricing beat the big box store by far. The installers that came out were super friendly and very efficient, plus they took amazing care of our furniture and walls as they moved around. I never had carpet installed before, but they did beautiful work! I would recommend over a big box store any day! I fully appreciate all the communication and work from everyone so we could get beautiful, new carpet in our home!

I admit I went to the box stores 1st. Then I went to carpets to go Boy am I glad I did. The sales people at the box stores ( bless their hearts) were laughable compared to Chad. The man knows everything about floors. I knew I’d made a good decision. He is an expert among experts and guided me through my project flawlessly. Chad helped us pick out the perfect flooring that we wanted to replace some worn out carpeting. We selected Deacon vinyl flooring. It was a good price with a good warranty. We have used Carpet to go flooring in the past and will continue to use them on our next project.

It took a bit longer than I expected but the end results were worth it. Totally in love with my new custom area rug. The padding underneath and the quality of the carpet itself... awesome. I love walking on it. Want to just lay down and have a nap on it!
