Brought my grandfather's old Titoni Cosmo King to Gibson not knowing what condition it was really in. He was upfront about what needed work and what could be left alone, no upselling at all. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to teach me how to reset and handle a mechanical watch properly, things I should have learnt years ago. The watch means a lot to my family and it is running well now. Easy to recommend, this is how a watch shop should be run.
I don’t share reviews often but Grandeur Times made me comfortable in purchasing a watched for my fiance and made this process an enjoyable and memorable one. Gibson was patient and not pushy even tho we took a long time and three visits to make a decision. He also educated us about the watches. Gibson is very well informed and I would come back again.

As a first-time buyer in the vintage watch space, I had a lot to learn. What stood out most was that he never once pushed for a sale. Instead, he focused on making sure I was comfortable, informed, and confident in my decision.
It actually took me three visits before I finally committed to my purchase, and throughout all three visits, Gibson/Andrew treated me with the same level of enthusiasm, patience, and attentiveness. That consistency in service is something I truly appreciated and is increasingly rare to find.

Their service is simply unbeatable, and the customer experience goes far beyond the transaction itself. Gibson at Granduer Time does not disappoint! Very honest and down to earth chap who assisted me in my watch hobby. The process is smooth, assuring and comfortable. Kept me updated frequently and provided solid market advices to ensure I don’t lose value while being realistic to market price conditions. Very very professional and I was even surprised that a watch shop can be so good and they really went the extra mile for me even as a common customer. I will be going back to this shop for future buy sell and trades. Highly recommended.
