I recently had another company who happened to be in the neighborhood check my roof out after a tree fell on it and I was told my roof is in excellent shape! Nothing needed to be done. That was nice to know!

Had a great experience with Mike McCoy today! He took the time to explain the various ways roof leaks can occur and pointed out a specific area I was concerned about. In the end, he doesn’t believe it's an actual leak—possibly just residue from a soda can left during the construction phase. I’ll follow up after it rains this week to be sure. McCoy was the third and final roofer I consulted, and he gave me the clearest explanation and guidance by far. Thank you, Mike!

If I could give Carolina Roof Consultants 100 stars I would, they’re that good! The owner, Mike McCoy, came out himself and made it his personal mission to make sure we were taken care of. What I initially thought was a leak repair turned into an entire roof replacement. Mike suggested we go through insurance and because of him the cost was covered. Mike and his team were very professional, they worked hard and the end result is amazing. I would recommend Mike McCoy and his team to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Mike is the absolute best! I had a local company come by the house to check a leak on our roof. That company said there was absolutely no way I could file a claim with my insurance company because the roof was too old. It was going to cost me $21k out of pocket! In a panic I contacted Mike. He came to check the situation out and assured me everything would be fine…and it was! He got my insurance to cover the entire roof and new gutters! No money taken from me. Will ALWAYS use this company! Best there is!
