The tech was nice and got to work. It was a complicated project that I probably made more complicated. I was in over my head and called the company to save me from myself. He was nice and talked to me about what he was doing and why. It would not have figured it out. I will hire them again anytime I need them. Thanks for saving me from me.
Excellent interaction and service from start to finish with Carolina HVAC and Electrical and would highly recommend! First time using Carolina HVAC and they did not disappoint. It started with the phone call to schedule service and spoke to Makayla, who was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. She was helpful and answered all my questions. She scheduled my service and followed up with a text message immediately upon scheduling. I received both a phone call 3 days prior and a text message the day before confirming my scheduled appointment. I received a text on the day of the appointment informing my technician was enroute. I was able to specifically request a technician that I was referred to from a friend after she received great service and my request was honored. My technician, Matthew G., showed up early for the appointment and was very professional, friendly and respectful. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything that he was doing as well as answer all my questions as he went through the maintenance process. Matthew was impressive and went above and beyond my expectations. If I could give more that 5 stars, I certainly would for their excellent communication, customer service, maintenance and for my technician, Matthew. I certainly will be having my unit maintained in the Spring and Fall by Matthew at Carolina HVAC and Electrical. Thank you!

I was referred to Carolina HVAC & Electrical from another friend, and couldn't be more pleased. My AC system went out in the middle of the heat wave (summer!). I was told by my previous company it would be a couple of weeks for a new one to be installed. Carolina HVAC had my system installed - and running smoothly (and cool) within days. I've also had service from the Electrical side and that also has been a great experience.

The techician did an overall good job: called beforehand to let me know that he was on his way, was attentive to the donning of shoes covers. Opportunity for improvement: the scheduled visit was to replace an aged gas valve. Yet - technician failed to bring the ordered gas valve which added an extra hour to the corrective maintenance.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! Matthew M and Tucker installed my new unit today. They were both very polite and knowledgeable! I will continue to use Carolina HVAC for all my hvac needs!!
Devlin was great! He was about his work. Whatever questions I had for him, he was able to provide an answer at that moment and the questions he wasn’t able to answer directly, he made contact with someone who could provide an answer to him so he could provide an answer for me. Great work Devlin!!!
