Carolina HVAC is extremely easy to work with. They actually seem to care about the customer and go way above and beyond the call of duty to work things out, to include pleading our case to a warranty company, and being flexible and responsive on scheduling and payment. Completely recommend. Kudos in particular to Landon, Trace, and Westin who came to do work at our home, and to Stephanie and the office crew for helping us in many ways.

Just completed my summer tune up for my 2 units. I'd like to thank Dawson as he was very courteous and professional and efficient in his job. He found one unit was developing an issue that if the part failed could lead to other issues with the unit. This is exactly why you do preventive maintenance checks on your units! I am glad he found this issue and we went ahead and took care of it. This helped prevent any other issues from occurring costing more money and another service visit and not having a/c while it is so hot outside. Thanks for your attention to detail Dawson.

I had several quotes and so glad I went with Carolina HVAC and Electric. Brock and Trevor installed a new roof mast pole and brought the electrical conduit up to code. They did a FANTASTIC job! Brock was prompt in arriving to provide free quote, and both Trevor and Brock arrived as scheduled for the job. Both Techs were polite, finished before I expected, and left everything very clean. I also appreciate polite office staff and communication. Carolina HVAC arranged for power company and county inspector as well. I would use this company again!

On July 3rd, one of the hottest days, our AC stopped working. It being a holiday weekend, I waited until Monday to call for repairs. I called Carolina HVAC, and Dave promptly put me on the schedule. The technician, Andrew, arrived promptly and had my AC working in less than an hour. The technician was professional and repair cost reasonable, less than I had anticipated. Thank you Carolina HVAC

Actually came early which was great. Reprogrammed all of my fire alarms and replaced them. Quick and pleasant. Very professional. Highly recommend them.

Logan came to my house on July 3rd at 4 o'clock and really saved the day. If you have any hvac issue carolina hvac and Logan are the ones to call.

Technican arrived at the appointment time to repair the AC unit, diagnosed the problem and repaired it efficiently. He was very courteous and explained the troubleshooting process.

We’ve used Carolina HVAC for over a year now. They’re excellent!!!
Today, Dawson did our Spring Semi-Annual Maintenance. He put shoe covers on before coming into our house, completed a thorough inspection and maintenance on all components of our split-level unit, and changed the filter for our return. He saw that we write the date on our filters, so he brought the new one to us and asked us if we’d like to write the date on it. He was extremely thoughtful, thorough, and professional.
We feel so thankful to have a reliable, honest company to take care of our HVAC!
