They were on time. Introduced their self and went to work. They informed me of the repairs that were needed. Repaired those they could. And referred me to those that will give me quotes on the one that may need to be replaced. Job well done.

Joseph did a really good job with maintaining our HVAC. I can’t imagine not using Carolina HVAC. Last year my AC went out during 95 degree weather. They responded immediately and brought cooling equipment while we waited for a part. They even followed up to make sure I was comfortable. Their service is impeccable. Prompt, on-time and knowledgeable. Their pricing is fair and the quality of their work is commendable. I trust them. And always recommend them!

Joseph showed up for our yearly HVAC check-up and introduced himself right away. He had a company car and also shirt showing Carolina HVAC lofo. He was polite, friendly, and didn't even have to enter my home which is nice bc I have a dog that is crazy around strangers. He seemed knowledgeable and was also pretty quick. We have been with them for years and will continue as long as possible.

Had a very pleasant experience. With Matthew. When he showed up. To do our maintenance on our central ac. Explained how to clean it out an everything we needed to know. Chyenne was very pleasant scheduling our appointment. Even called when they had a sooner availability to get our ac serviced before it got too hot. We greatly appreciate everything they've done.
