Yann Beuchat from Carlton International was the second agent I chose to sell my 5- bedroom house in Chateauneuf Grasse after 8 months of pretty much no action with the other agent.
Yann was a professional, charming and dedicated agent bringing many clients to the house.
He persevered to successfully find a buyer and brokered the deal that I accepted and yesterday the final signature happened.
Yann did way more than I expected as an agent- as he visited the house when I was away for many months he would check on things. He told me if things needed to be done. He brought the head of the Carlton agency to my house for advice on changes I could make to assist the sale. He followed up with the Mairie on some issues. In the end he probably knew my house as well as I did!
I had visitors and rentals at my house and if any of them met Yann they always commented on how polite and pleasant he was to deal with.
Yann respected all my requests about visiting hours, informing my house manager he was coming well in advance, and letting me know any time he was delayed.
I highly recommend Yann and the Carlton agency for your house sale.
