We've used Riedell for many years. They are professional, take the time to explain the problems and what's needed to fix the problem.
The outside shower was turned off yet it was leaking. Issue located and resolved

We couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent service we’ve received over the years from Riedell and we particularly have high praise for their furnace technician, Olivia, who has helped us keep our aging boiler in top shape. Came out as an emergency as promised with 30 min notice. Resolved issue quickly and tested the system to make sure no other issued! I also like that they can handle all my heating and AC needs and gave service contracts. My old company didn’t even call back! Ridelle has a new and happy client! BTY, the technician was Matt and he was great!
