Save yourself money, frustration, and self respect. Shop elsewhere CarId filed for bankruptcy in 2023, and after dealing with them as a customer I had absolutely no doubts as to why. They will use every opportunity to scam you for money that they can, and protect themselves form the consequences all the while. The parts you receive will be poor quality, incorrect for the vehicle information you provided, or absent altogether. The only way you are getting your money back for the garbage they send you is if you can somehow see the parts without opening the packaging, and prove they do not without attempting to fit them. Props to CarId for figuring out how to sell lemons in individual pieces to customers all over the world.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD, STAY FAR AWAY FROM CARID. I purchased a set of headlights for my vehicle from CARiD in January 2023 for a total of $574.50. The headlights did not work with my vehicle as advertised so I returned the items to CARiD. On April 6th 2023 I was informed that the refund has been approved but when they tried to refund my credit card it would not go through, can they send a physical check. The refund did not go through as the credit card I used to purchase the headlights was compromised and was issued a new card sometime between January and April 2023. I responded on April 10th 2023 that a check would be fine for the amount of $574.50 payable to myself. April 11th Carid responded and asked me to allow 2 days for them to process and 3 to 5 days for delivery of the check, which I did. On April 21st I emailed Carid asking for a status update of the refund and the check which their response to this email and everyone after was to allow 72 hours. I waited again then emailed requesting information on the status of my refund on May 1st again on May 9th again on May 22nd and called again today all with the same response of allow 72 hours. They have been in possession of the headlights and my $574.50 since the end of March and they still have not issued the check of $574.50. This is only half of the issue, I'm not even going to get into the first set of headlights that I purchased and denied a refund as these also did not work with my vehicle as advertised. I had to rewire the wiring harness to make them work with no assistance from Carid. I was actually told "good luck with your broken headlights" from the supervisor.

Scam. Never order from them. Ordered a part from them in November 2022. Paid for express shipping. After 2 months nagging for updates they say the part has been discontinued. This answer came after I wrote an email saying I need a proper answer. This company is lies all day long. Do not trust anything they say. I will never buy anything there again and will recommend everyone else to think twice before making an order

Scammers Before buying from them, the staff assured me that the goods are in stock and will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days,after you paid,I paid,a week later I was told that the goods were out of stock and would have to wait,I waited another 10 days and was told that the goods were sold out,they canceled my order, beware of this company, if you value your time and money, These are scammers
