Matthew filmed content for our project at the EWMA conference, and we are extremely satisfied with the results! :) We received detailed information upfront about the video package and its contents, and everything was communicated transparently. Matthew informed us in advance about his availability for filming but was also flexible enough to adapt to our plans. The entire onsite filming process was well-managed and professional.The editing process was swift and completed within the timeline Matthew provided. Filming canceled one day before trade show:
They bombarded us with their trade show video package offer in our emails, and we accepted. However, just one day before the scheduled trade show, they informed us that they had to cancel.

We were forced to cancel filming at the event sadly due to circumstances beyond our control. Also sorry that our 2 marketing emails we sent you made you feel "bombarded" - but thankful that the offering appealed to you originally. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, these are very unusual circumstances.
