Service was excellent. They scheduled the cleaning within a week of being contacted. The techs arrived as specified and worked steady on the project. They were professional and pleasant to engage with. Received a text message morning of service that they were on their way. They did a good job on a roof that had a steep pitch in some areas and long gutters. Cleanup following the removal of the moss, etc. was also done well. Windows were washed to remove any debris. Happy with the results and able to recommend their services to others!

I called for appointment to have my gutters cleaned and was told it would be a 1 to 7 day window. They showed up this afternoon and was contacted prior to their arrival. I couldn’t have been more impressed by their professionalism. My gutters were cleaned in one hour and everything was left so neat and tidy. From scheduling to finish, it was an easy and pleasant experience. This is an awesome company 👍👍

I loved my experience with Captain Clean. Robert and John were so professional, polite, informative, and quick. I'm new to the area so not familiar with moss growing on roofs or process to correct, so I appreciated how much they explained the problem and process. I would recommend them when faced with moss growing on your roof, and cleaning gutters! Who wants to climb a roof?!

Only had exterior window washing done , not both. Not really happy with the mess created with roof moss treatment constantly coming off the roof onto the deck. Did not get forewarned about that. Feel it is all a bit too pricey but c’est la vie these days. Homeownership has its challenges these days!!

I was very pleased with the folks i dealt with with -got the quote quickly and the service was done within a few days. The crew was very professional and did a good job and my roof looks much better- it takes a while for all the moss to die and be totally removed so i look forward to it looking even better in the near future
