As a ex mortgage broker, Sean Keller (Senior too) was a waste of time. He didn’t listen to my hint regarding going to a specialist lender. I had 3x applications declined, messing up my credit score. Thankfully got approved elsewhere with a different adviser. 3-4 months at least wasted, which means I now need to extend time to complete!
