Capital Payroll and Nick are so great to work with! They are responsive, provide necessary materials that keep our business on track and informed of the changing Department of Labor requirements and provide guidance on any and all of our payroll needs. I've even asked for recommendations for other business-related needs that did not fall in the purview of payroll, and they were able to lead me in the right direction. The payroll software is easy to use, and even when I do have questions regarding a process, Nick explains things in a simplified and understandable manner. Would highly recommend!

All of my questions are handled promptly (usually within the hour) and they are more than happy to assist with special pay runs or handle problems setting up a new employee. Our monthly payroll reports are easy to read and processing each pay period is a breeze. I highly recommend them!

The team at Capital Payroll Partners is a perfect fit for our small business payroll needs. We started working with them on some marketing (we run a marketing agency) before we signed up with them for payroll, and realized quickly how responsive, caring, honest and direct they were in addressing the needs of all their customers. We previously worked with another local payroll company who was good also, but the service with Capital is far more personal and far more customized to our business. Their portal is simple and easy to use, their systems make sense and everything is super transparent. I’ve been very impressed with the way they’ve handled the change in Covid related tax credits and they have made it very easy to manage the financial aspect of payroll.
