This is a great place to stay infact we wish we stayed longer !! Great location close to the town square with local food and music at night, the room was clean and cozy ! Loved the pool and hot tub . Hot water in the shower was the best !! Thank you

Very small hotel nicely decorated outside. The room itself was very sterile concrete bathroom walls with white tiles. Basic kitchen with limited cooking supplies. My room was below ground so there weren't any windows. The pool is a cold water hot tub. Its about 6ft by 12ft. The front desk receptionist Luce was so nice and accomodating. She helped us find places to eat and grocery stores near by. ☺Cleanliness

The place it is okay for one night. I appreciated their quick responses but the place is old. Pictures looks better from reality. It is not a bad place but I was expecting something more modern. It was really clean. Few things to cook or make an easy breakfast. A big plus is that it has a cooler for the beach and chairs. You are more than free to give them a try! Everything was clean and safe, I just didn’t like how old it looks, it needs a bit of love!💗

We had a great stay! The place is even nicer in person and easily accommodated our large group. We loved the variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate a variety of activities. Easy walk to both restaurants and a lovely beach. We would happily stay again.

Patio Elba staff and room were exceptional. They held our luggage the first day we arrived and even delivered it to our room (upstairs!) before we got back. The front desk person at check in was exceptional. She even sent us recommendations to eat at near the hotel. The room was very pretty, spacious and clean. The only thing that caused a slight issue was the bathroom lighting wasn't good enough to get ready in, so I had to put on makeup in the bedroom, which wasn't that big of a deal. And the area was a little intimidating. It proved to be safe even for walking but made me a little nervous getting up to the main street. All in all though, I give it 4.5 out of 5. We would stay there again if we visit San Juan a second time.

Perfect secluded little spot right in the heart of everywhere you want to be. Lovely breakfast options within a 2 minute walk. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. There is no smoking area on the property so smokers will have to walk out and stand on the street to smoke with your morning coffee, minor inconvenience and does not change the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. For those looking for a picturesque backdrop for your media endeavors this place will surely please you. Overall a wonderful place to stay. ☺Cleanliness

Todo con relación al hotel fue excelente, pero en mi opinión deben tener un personal en la hospedería ya que como a la 1:00 am uno de los huéspedes prendieron un radio con su volumen extremadamente alto y hablando alto (compitiendo con la música) y no poder distinguir en qué habitación era no pudimos llamar a su número de servicio. Es una lástima que pasen estas cosas porque en otras ocaciones nos hemos hospedado en sus facilidades y no hemos tenido ninguna queja. De todas formas nos volveremos a hospedar en sus facilidades.

This is a great place to stay the view from the living room was amazing. I had a couple of questions and they responded promptly. Only thing I would suggest is a second fob for the entrance. We were with other guest and sometimes were not together and had to wait for them to come back.

We had an amazing time in puerto rico. This house exceeded our expectations! The home was beautiful from the inside out, had amazing decor and was extremely clean. Theres the perfect of bedrooms/bathrooms for every guest to have their own privacy! I love how we were able to gather in the common areas. The kitchen was stunning and all the bathrooms worked well. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive! I would 100% come back. I highly recommend.
