Was absolutely a phenomenal place to stay. Fit our group of 16 people, couples and individuals perfectly. Located in a private gated community within a 5 minute walk of a fantastic beach. Our group couldn't stop complementing us on our choice and location of VRBO rental. One of only a few places this size we could find to fit our group. Common areas were ideal for both group dinners as well as hanging out, or WIFI for making sure we didn't miss our football games on Sunday. Anytime we needed something, their staff were on top of it. Kitchen was well appointed. Lounging in or by the pool, everyone found a place to enjoy time at the Beach House. The quiet neighborhood was a nice santuary, but within a short Uber ride to San Juan and Condado for restaurants, or a little longer for getting to Old San Juan. Next time I'm in Puerto Rico I will keep an eye out for Capital Jetset properties & if it is available, at Santorini Villa.

The floors could be cleaner. I felt the pictures were a little deceptive. The entire place is decked out in IKEA. It was overpriced for the quality.

Great location, beautiful penthouse. Full kitchen with appliances, very secure and right on Isla Verde beach. Most of all, the view was AMAZING! We had the best stay that exceeded our expectations for a party of 5. We will definitely be back!

This Aibnb was amazing. It’s exactly what they’re advertising. Front beach view and many restaurants around the Airbnb. They were flexible to accommodate me earlier. They will always available when I had questions.

The Vistamar rental was perfect for our family. With a few accommodations we were able to comfortably have 15 people for an entire week, and we even manage to host a larger group for local family to visit. The gated community offered peace of mind and a quiet neighborhood, and the location was conveniently located for a short drive to the airport and nearby beaches/attractions. Old San Juan, Luquillo beach and Piñones restaurants are only a 20 min drive, and Isla Verde even closer. El Yunque rainforest is only 40 minutes. We will definitely consider this rental again for our next family trip.

Very nice place, directly across from the beach. Only issues I had with it was the noisy street below. Continuous police presence. Which is good and bad. Felt very safe walking the streets after dark, but lots of sirens. Only stayed one night, so it may have just been a busy Saturday night, other than the little noisy, the location is ideal. Very close to food, fun, beach, and airport.

One of our favorite trips to PR, and partially because our Vrbo in Hill Mansions was fantastic. Perfect for our family and hosting friends and family who live in PR, while we visited. The home was a traditional PR home with an epic secluded backyard that had nature, a modern pool, bbq, hammock, and tons of seating. The neighborhood is lovely and the location is great to access San Juan easily. It’s not super fancy, but we didn’t want that anyway. The beds were clean and comfortable, tv worked, stocked kitchen, washer dryer, it felt like home

This property was great for a group of 10 adults and 9 children. Each bedroom was very private and had it's own bathroom. The pool was small but the kids loved it. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes, which was great. The only downsides were that several of the rooms didn't have hot water the entire week and the common living areas (the living room and outdoor pool area) did not accommodate our entire group. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for larger groups!

This house is simply amazing from the view to the space and location. Being this was our first time in Puerto Rico for a major holiday it was a BREEZE. Walking distance to different shops, restaurants,24 hours grocery store to tha view. There’s was a couple of issues prior to our arrival there stopped early check in but every other issue Er had was addressed rather quickly or an alternative was given. MAKE SURE YOU BRING/BUY BUG SPRAY FOR THE BEACH. I’m still broken out legs and stop getting more bit makes from the sand bugs. They’re worse than mosquito bites. Otherwise it was an AWESOME stay

Nice place to stay, the beds were very comfy and pillows, we felt right at home. The area is quiet at night and morning… we loved the updated features of the unit. The host was very responsive, the only sad thing is that they charge even for a 2 hour early check in, we had an emergency and needed a place right away but we had to wait till 4pm which was a littleInconvenient. Other than that, the place is nice and comfy.
